This dual zoned kitchen called for a duo of cabinet finishes. Teak and wire brushed oak cabinetry was used to create a soft organic feel to the contemporary design. The wood graining on the cabinetry was used in different directions to add texture and interest in the space. Glass upper doors and a custom painted glass back splash add dimension and depth while the dark granite countertops and a dark stained toe kick create a sense of stability grounding the space. A contemporary traditional home remodel. A bright white kitchen with custom maple wood cabinetry, with a modified shaker raised panel style. Custom charging drawer, cutting boards and cookie sheets storage. Han Stone Calacatta Gold Quartz countertops, with a single bowl Blanco stainless steel sink and sink grid, Delta Essa Touch2o faucet, air switch for the disposal and stainless-steel appliances. Stainless steel pendant lights, strip outlets at the island and at the bottom of the upper cabinets, and LED strip lighting on a dimmer. Situated within a recently renovated farmhouse; our bespoke shaker furniture finished in farrow and ball’s elephant’s breath with contrasting island in Little Greene paint company’s attic ii, creates an earthy palette which draws inspiration from it’s rural surroundings. the ‘L’ shaped island provides maximum prep space combined with large breakfast bar makes this a perfect layout for family and entertaining.

The owners opened up two smaller rooms to create a beautifully spacious kitchen and family area. A feature island painted in soft Farrow and Ball Pigeon to match the kitchen provides plenty of workspace along with a casual seating area. A soft neutral F&B Shaded White was used on the matching dresser and tall bank of units to compliment the kitchen but add interest and some contrast. A matching window seat and bespoke oak table pick up the tones and creates a comfortable seating area for family meals. A full size larder gives ample storage and with the matching fridge and freezer either side keeps all the food neatly in one area.photos by felix page

A recessed compartment along the outside wall conceals a knife block, hanging dish towel and paper towel roll. At the head of the island open shelving was added for cook books and recipes and a recessed nook hiding the paper towel roll is readily accessible for quick clean up. A small pull out was the perfect solution for large bottles of oils and vinegars. The addition of a small open cabinet on the back side of the island creates storage for additional trays and cutting boards keeping the zones and traffic patterns separate. By Design Studio West

This kitchen features a variety of colours and textures into one space to create an ultra modern look. High-gloss white cabinetry is paired with deep espresso for the ultimate contrast. Aluminum framed frosted glass lift-up doors and the stainless steel farm sink add a cool contrast to the warm teak butcher block at the end of the island. The painted glass backsplash was custom matched to the red signature Wolf range knobs for a focal point in the space. All cabinetry and quartz countertops were designed and installed by Casey's Creative Kitchens and Casey's Granite and Quartz Division.

This modern European Kitchen Design utilizes a compact Space with a maximum of practicality. The clean and minimalist off-white Fronts create straight guide lines, while the functional Housing in grain Matched Stone Ash hides away the Refrigerator and Pantry Cabinet. A Bar to the living Room leaves Room to entertain Guests and be functional as the perfect Coffee Bar of the inviting open House Layout.
