This full remodel project featured a complete redo of the existing kitchen. Designed and Planned by J. Graham of Bancroft Blue Design, the entire layout of the space was thoughtfully executed with unique blending of details, a one of a kind Coffer ceiling accent piece with integrated lighting, and a ton of features within the cabinets.

The main kitchen is a combination of real oak veneer and matte laminate cabinets. A textured wood ceiling delineates the kitchen area from the main living and dining areas. The raised area of the island is an oak cantilevered section that provides seating on each side.

Ultramodern German Kitchen in Cranleigh, Surrey This Cranleigh kitchen makes the most of a bold kitchen theme and our design & supply only fitting option. The Brief This Cranleigh project sought to make use of our design & supply only service, with a design tailored around the sunny extension being built by a contractor at this property. The task for our Horsham based kitchen designer George was to create a design to suit the extension in the works as well as the style and daily habits of these Cranleigh clients. A theme from our Horsham Showroom was a favourable design choice for this project, with adjustments required to fit this space. Design Elements With the core theme of the kitchen all but decided, the layout of the space was a key consideration to ensure the new space would function as required. A clever layout places full-height units along the rear wall of this property with all the key work areas of this kitchen below the three angled windows of the extension. The theme combines dark matt black furniture with ferro bronze accents and a bronze splashback. The handleless profiling throughout is also leant from the display at our Horsham showroom and compliments the ultramodern kitchen theme of black and bronze. To add a further dark element quartz work surfaces have been used in the Vanilla Noir finish from Caesarstone. A nice touch to this project is an in keeping quartz windowsill used above the sink area. Special Inclusions With our completely custom design service, a number of special inclusions have been catered for to add function to the project. A key area of the kitchen where function is added is via the appliances chosen. An array of Neff appliances have been utilised, with high-performance N90 models opted for across a single oven, microwave oven and warming drawer. Elsewhere, full-height fridge and freezers have been integrated behind furniture, with a Neff dishwasher located near to the sink also integrated behind furniture. A popular wine cabinet is fitted within furniture around the island space in this kitchen. Project Highlight The highlight of this project lays within the coordinated design & supply only service provided for this project. Designer George tailored our service to this project, with a professional survey undertaken as soon as the area of the extension was constructed. With any adjustments made, the furniture and appliances were conveniently delivered to site for this client’s builder to install. Our work surface partner then fitted the quartz work surfaces as the final flourish. The End Result This project is a fantastic example of the first-class results that can be achieved using our design & supply only fitting option, with the design perfectly tailored to the building work undertaken – plus timely coordination with the builder working on the project. Behind the rolling hills of Arthurs Seat sits “The Farm”, a coastal getaway and future permanent residence for our clients. The modest three bedroom brick home will be renovated and a substantial extension added. The footprint of the extension re-aligns to face the beautiful landscape of the western valley and dam. The new living and dining rooms open onto an entertaining terrace. The distinct roof form of valleys and ridges relate in level to the existing roof for continuation of scale. The new roof cantilevers beyond the extension walls creating emphasis and direction towards the natural views.

The large island kitchen with a high vaulted ceiling and breakfast nook beyond. Both are oriented with views of the pool terrace and Texas Hill Country beyond. The kitchen area is delineated as a core feature of the house, differentiated from the adjoining rooms through the use of contrasting warm gray colored walls with aluminum reveals. Centered is the cooking and seating island with cabinets made of high-gloss Heather Maple, with a Azul Volga Blue granite countertop. Around the island are the perimeter work areas, appliances and cabinets made of high-gloss earthenware Cherry with Lagos Caesarstone countertops. The cabinet doors are detailed with custom inlaid stainless-steel strips to compliment the appliances. The backsplashes are layered glass with a sandwiched wallpaper of a shimmery and flowy mercurial silver matrix. They extend from the counter height backsplash surface up to above the upper cabinets, behind backlit glass shelves. The generous windows are oriented towards the pool terrace and the Texas Hill Country beyond.

Custom designed and lacquered slatted curved ends to the overheads add texture and interest to the chalky matte cabinetry The use of existing timber that had been used in other areas of the home, not wanting to waste the beautiful pieces, I incorporated these into the design The kitchen needed a modern transformation, selection of chalky black slabbed doors are carefully considered whilst detailed curved slatted ends bounce natural light, concrete grey matte benches, reflective glass custom coloured back splash and solid timber details creates a beautifully modern industrial elegant interior.

Italy's fabled Tuscany region is legendary for its beauty, food and wine culture, and distinctive architecture—a rustic mix of natural, sunny hues and textures that's reflected in this Tuscan-inspired Kitchen transformation filled with earthy color, charming patterns, and rustic patinas. The earthy texture plays off the glazed finish of the custom cabinetry and the smooth dark granite countertops to create visual interest. Whimsical classical patterned tiles behind the range and the perimeter walls, coordinated to the sun-kissed brick walls, serve as a dramatic backdrop to the light-colored neutral cabinetry.

Flaunting Hamptons elegance and generous family proportions, this stunning new home has been beautifully designed for modern family living. Hampton's influenced design has been woven into the overall scheme of the home. Shaker style cabinets and elegant brass handles are further enhanced with classic Hamptons glass pendant lights. Large, wide drawers replaced a 'sea of cupboards' to provide improved functionality and flexibility. What was originally designed as an enclosed pantry and tight fridge space creating a more enclosed feel to the kitchen zone, Centric Spaces removed the unnecessary non-structural wall between the fridge cavity & allocated pantry space & relocated the pantry to the butlers pantry. Instead, an open coffee station with additional bench space was created, minimising the ‘closed off’ feel or the need for a full height door opening onto much needed circulation space.
