As a result, the pairing of light tones of white and blue helped create this sense of continuity that we were searching for. As well as the incorporation of two central islands, the choice in materiality helped create a strong sense of contrast.

Durante un cantiere la cliente mi chiede se può dare il mio numero ad una coppia di amici che si ritrova nel bel mezzo di una ristrutturazione della propria casa, ma senza sapere come risolvere alcuni dettagli funzionali, tra cui la scelta illuminotecnica. Altra perplessità era dettata dal fatto di non sapere come sarebbero venuti gli ambienti, per cui ho effettuato subito il rilievo, ho preparato il 3D del piano interessato e con i rendering hanno subito potuto effettuare le scelte giuste. Una volta superato lo scoglio compositivo, siamo scesi nel dettaglio delle scelte illuminotecniche, e anche qui, tra i rendering e i consigli della mia fidata consulente i clienti hanno potuto scegliere il giusto materiale per dare luce alla loro nuova casa. Un lavoro breve, ma che mi ha dato molta soddisfazione, dettata anche da quella dei clienti.

La cucina, voltata a botte, si affaccia sulla piscina attraverso due ampie finestre. Presenta un lungo piano lavoro in muratura con lavandino integrato, i cassetti in legno seguono il piano e sono anch’essi sospesi da muro a muro mentre la penisola sembra un volume estruso dal pavimento che nasconde da un lato forno, lavastoviglie e dispensa; sul lato opposto invece crea un bancone snack.
