These neutral hues will work in harmony to create a calming ambiance and enhance the natural light, making the kitchen feel open and welcoming. To infuse a sense of nature and add a striking focal point, we have carefully selected green cabinets. The rich green hue, reminiscent of lush gardens, brings a touch of the outdoors into the space, creating a unique and refreshing visual appeal. The cabinets will be thoughtfully placed to optimize both functionality and aesthetics. Throughout the project, our focus is on creating a seamless integration of design elements to produce a cohesive and visually stunning kitchen. The cabinetry, hood, light fixture, and other details will be meticulously crafted using high-quality materials, ensuring longevity and a timeless appeal. A beautiful barn conversion that underwent a major renovation to be completed with a bespoke handmade kitchen. What we have here is our Classic In-Frame Shaker filling up one wall where the exposed beams are in prime position. This is where the storage is mainly and the sink area with some cooking appliances. The island is very large in size, an L-shape with plenty of storage, worktop space, a seating area, open shelves and a drinks area. A very multi-functional hub of the home perfect for all the family. We hand-painted the cabinets in F&B Down Pipe & F&B Shaded White for a stunning two-tone combination.

The key design goal of the homeowners was to install “an extremely well-made kitchen with quality appliances that would stand the test of time”. The kitchen design had to be timeless with all aspects using the best quality materials and appliances. The new kitchen is an extension to the farmhouse and the dining area is set in a beautiful timber-framed orangery by Westbury Garden Rooms, featuring a bespoke refectory table that we constructed on site due to its size. The project involved a major extension and remodelling project that resulted in a very large space that the homeowners were keen to utilise and include amongst other things, a walk in larder, a scullery, and a large island unit to act as the hub of the kitchen. The design of the orangery allows light to flood in along one length of the kitchen so we wanted to ensure that light source was utilised to maximum effect. Installing the distressed mirror splashback situated behind the range cooker allows the light to reflect back over the island unit, as do the hammered nickel pendant lamps. The sheer scale of this project, together with the exceptionally high specification of the design make this kitchen genuinely thrilling. Every element, from the polished nickel handles, to the integration of the Wolf steamer cooktop, has been precisely considered. This meticulous attention to detail ensured the kitchen design is absolutely true to the homeowners’ original design brief and utilises all the innovative expertise our years of experience have provided.

This project is a beautiful example of stylish open plan living. Featuring tall cabinetry in Classic FF Carbon Grey paired with Advance Classic FF Merino on the base cabinets. The Silestone worktop in Dessert Silver has a suede finish with a 20mm shark-nose edging detail. The open shelving in Mountain Robina completes the contemporary monochrome look.

We opened up this client's kitchen and gave it a complete remodel. The new space provides the perfect entertaining space. There is a great butlers pantry connecting the kitchen and dining area that includes a walk-in pantry. The new custom cabinets provide the essential storage for this gourmet cooking family. La cuisine est sobre, élégante et lumineuse. Les façades gris clair, associés au quartz aspect marbre, sont réchauffés par les façades basses en chêne. En y ajoutant quelques touches de laiton, la cuisine devient ainsi un espace moderne sophistiqué et accueillant.

Au sortir de la pandémie, de nombreuses surfaces commerciales se sont retrouvées désaffectées de leurs fonctions et occupants. C’est ainsi que ce local à usage de bureaux fut acquis par les propriétaires dans le but de le convertir en appartement destiné à la location hôtelière. Deux mots d’ordre pour cette transformation complète : élégance et raffinement, le tout en intégrant deux chambres et deux salles d’eau dans cet espace de forme carrée, dont seul un mur comportait des fenêtres. Le travail du plan et de l’optimisation spatiale furent cruciaux dans cette rénovation, où les courbes ont naturellement pris place dans la forme des espaces et des agencements afin de fluidifier les circulations. Moulures, parquet en Point de Hongrie et pierres naturelles se sont associées à la menuiserie et tapisserie sur mesure afin de créer un écrin fonctionnel et sophistiqué, où les lignes tantôt convexes, tantôt concaves, distribuent un appartement de trois pièces haut de gamme.

Le projet : Une maison de ville en région parisienne, meulière typique des années 30 restée dans son jus et nécessitant des travaux de rénovation pour une mise aux normes tant en matière de confort que d’aménagement afin d’accueillir une jeune famille. Notre solution : Nous avons remis aux normes l’électricité et la plomberie sur l’ensemble de la maison, repensé les volumes dès le rez-de-chaussée. Ainsi nous avons ouvert la cloison entre l’ancienne cuisine et le séjour, permettant ainsi d’obtenir une cuisine fonctionnelle et ouverte sur le séjour avec un îlot repas. Les plafonds de l’espace cuisine et de l’entrée bénéficient d’un faux-plafond qui permet d’optimiser l’éclairage mais aussi d’intégrer une hotte située au dessus de l’îlot central. Nous avons supprimés les anciens carrelages au sol disparates de l’entrée et de la cuisine que nous avons remplacé par des dalles grises mixées avec un carrelage à motifs posé en tapis dans l’entrée et autour de l’îlot. Dans l’entrée, nous avons créé un ensemble menuisé sur mesure qui permet d’intégrer un dressing, des étagères de rangements avec des tiroirs fermés pour les chaussures et une petite banquette. En clin d’oeil aux créations de Charlotte Perriand, nous avons dessiné une bibliothèque suspendue sur mesure dans le salon, à gauche de la cheminée et au dessus des moulures en partie basse. La cage d’escalier autrefois recouverte de liège a retrouvé son éclat et gagné en luminosité grâce à un jeu de peintures en blanc et bleu. A l’étage, nous avons rénové les 3 chambres et la salle de bains sous pente qui bénéficient désormais de la climatisation et d’une isolation sous les rampants. La chambre parentale qui était coupée en deux par un dressing placé entre deux poutres porteuses a bénéficié aussi d’une transformation importante : la petite fenêtre qui était murée dans l’ancien dressing a été remise en service et la chambre a gagné en luminosité et rangements avec une tête de lit et un dressing. Nous avons redonné un bon coup de jeune à la petite salle de bains avec des carrelages blancs à motifs graphiques aux murs et un carrelage au sol en noir et blanc. Le plafond et les rampants isolés et rénovés ont permis l’ajout de spots. Un miroir sur mesure rétro éclairé a trouvé sa place au dessus du meuble double vasque. Enfin, une des deux chambres enfants par laquelle passe le conduit de la cheminée a elle aussi bénéficié d’une menuiserie sur mesure afin d’habiller le conduit tout en y intégrant des rangements ouverts et fermés. Le style : Afin de gagner en luminosité, nous avons privilégié les blancs sur l’ensemble des boiseries et joué avec un camaïeu de bleus et verts présents par petites touches sur l’ensemble des pièces de la maison, ce qui donne une unité au projet. Les murs du séjour sont gris clairs afin de mettre en valeur les différentes boiseries et moulures. Le mobilier et les luminaires sont contemporains et s’intègrent parfaitement à l’architecture ancienne.

C'est sur les hauteurs de Monthléry que nos clients ont décidé de construire leur villa. En grands amateurs de cuisine, c'est naturellement qu'ils ont attribué une place centrale à leur cuisine. Ce projet est un bel exemple de la tendance « nature » repérée au salon Maison & Objet 2020. Ainsi on y retrouve des palettes de couleurs nudes : beige, crème et sable. Autre palette nature, les verts tendres de la salle de bain. Les nuances de vert lichen, d’eau et de sauge viennent ainsi donner de la profondeur et de la douceur à la cabine de douche. Les matériaux bruts sont également au rendez-vous pour accentuer le côté « green » du projet. Le bois sous toutes ses teintes, le terrazzo aux éclats caramels au sol ou encore les fibres tissées au niveau des luminaires. Tous ces éléments font du projet Malte un intérieur zen, une véritable invitation à la détente.

For this project, the entire kitchen was designed around the “must-have” Lacanche range in the stunning French Blue with brass trim. That was the client’s dream and everything had to be built to complement it. Bilotta senior designer, Randy O’Kane, CKD worked with Paul Benowitz and Dipti Shah of Benowitz Shah Architects to contemporize the kitchen while staying true to the original house which was designed in 1928 by regionally noted architect Franklin P. Hammond. The clients purchased the home over two years ago from the original owner. While the house has a magnificent architectural presence from the street, the basic systems, appointments, and most importantly, the layout and flow were inappropriately suited to contemporary living. The new plan removed an outdated screened porch at the rear which was replaced with the new family room and moved the kitchen from a dark corner in the front of the house to the center. The visual connection from the kitchen through the family room is dramatic and gives direct access to the rear yard and patio. It was important that the island separating the kitchen from the family room have ample space to the left and right to facilitate traffic patterns, and interaction among family members. Hence vertical kitchen elements were placed primarily on existing interior walls. The cabinetry used was Bilotta’s private label, the Bilotta Collection – they selected beautiful, dramatic, yet subdued finishes for the meticulously handcrafted cabinetry. The double islands allow for the busy family to have a space for everything – the island closer to the range has seating and makes a perfect space for doing homework or crafts, or having breakfast or snacks. The second island has ample space for storage and books and acts as a staging area from the kitchen to the dinner table. The kitchen perimeter and both islands are painted in Benjamin Moore’s Paper White. The wall cabinets flanking the sink have wire mesh fronts in a statuary bronze – the insides of these cabinets are painted blue to match the range. The breakfast room cabinetry is Benjamin Moore’s Lampblack with the interiors of the glass cabinets painted in Paper White to match the kitchen. All countertops are Vermont White Quartzite from Eastern Stone. The backsplash is Artistic Tile’s Kyoto White and Kyoto Steel. The fireclay apron-front main sink is from Rohl while the smaller prep sink is from Linkasink. All faucets are from Waterstone in their antique pewter finish. The brass hardware is from Armac Martin and the pendants above the center island are from Circa Lighting. The appliances, aside from the range, are a mix of Sub-Zero, Thermador and Bosch with panels on everything.
