Renovations made this house bright, open, and modern. In addition to installing white oak flooring, we opened up and brightened the living space by removing a wall between the kitchen and family room and added large windows to the kitchen. In the family room, we custom made the built-ins with a clean design and ample storage. In the family room, we custom-made the built-ins. This project features light hardwood flooring and recessed LED lights all around the house. We upgraded the kitchen with an island, and beautiful blue cabinets. The bathrooms all have hardwood vanities with porcelain tops and undermounted sinks, as well as light up mirrors, and the showers have shampoo niches and hinged glass doors.

This large open kitchen is the central room in the house with a prep pantry and butler's pantry on either side to house small appliances, food, and beverages. It features a navy blue island, large range and hood, pull out for utensils and spices, and a pot filler.

We removed a dated glass-brick wall separating the kitchen area from the lounge, and designed a kitchen with a two sided peninsular. This made the kitchen look and feel more spacious, while keeping a separation from the lounge area, and using the entire peninsula area to accommodate appliances and storage. The rich green cabinet doors and decorative splashback make the kitchen a beautiful feature. A herringbone parquet floor connects through the open plan kitchen and living space APM completed project management and interior design throughout the design and build of this apartment renovation in London. This remodel transformed a dark and tiny kitchen into a bright and fresh space with lots of function and working surface. This client's space was inherently tiny, and budget didn't quite allow for expansion. So, we had to make the most of what we had! In working with the existing footprint, we were able to introduce taller cabinetry, integrate convenient storage features in base cabinets, and install a massive countertop that provides substantial hosting and prepping surface from three sides. With an exceptionally pretty backsplash and a fun pop of color in the bar stools, this kitchen brings home a fresh transitional look that carries simplicity and convenience throughout.

This Old House, Bedford. I was asked to be back on the team to work on the second oldest house TOH had ever worked on! It was a great project, super homeowners and a fair amount of discovery and challenges as we brought this old house back to her former glory. The homeowner needed more space and wanted to add on a great room of the kitchen. I was tasked with creating a kitchen that fit into todays modern world but celebrated the "old house" details. Exposed beams, uneven floors, posts and storage needs where all high on the to do and worry list! Working in a full size pantry with counters and a deep freeze provided that function and charm we were all hoping for in this new kitchen. A custom blue inset island with a beautiful 2" thick honed Danby marble top works nicely in the open concept feel. Glass fronted cabinets, blue and white tile and a hint of red in the back wall of the pantry all have a nod to the historic roots of the property and subtle reminder to it's part in the American Revolution.
