To make the space functional for a family we removed a small bedroom to extend the bathroom, which allows room for a large shower and bathtub. Custom cabinetry is tucked into the ceiling slope to allow for towel storage. The dark green cabinetry is offset by a traditional gray and white wallpaper which brings contrast to this unique bathroom. Partial kitchen remodel to replace and reconfigure upper cabinets, full-height cabinetry, island, and backsplash. The redesign includes design of custom cabinetry, and finish selections. Full bathroom gut and redesign with floor plan changes. Removal of the existing bedroom to create a larger bathroom. The design includes full layout redesign, custom cabinetry design, and all tile, plumbing, lighting, and decor selections.

This kitchen shows a classic design in a mix of greys with a high gloss finish, Stainless steel handle-less base units, which has then been mixed with White quartz worktops. These colours really compliment the feature Granite flooring in the room. The kitchen has stainless steel handle-less base units, which has then been mixed with White quartz worktops. The customer also specified a custom Granite breakfast bar, which is moveable. The breakfast bar goal post style sits over the island and has the option to pull out to create a breakfast bar over hang for bar stools. This bespoke feature was created by the stone fabricators Stone Connection based in Wheldrake in York.

Featured in House and Home magazine, this Italian Farmhouse inspired kitchen strikes an authentic chord. Ample counter space was included so the family could make homemade pizza and pasta and a small pantry prep area was included in the design to house a salami slicer. This space is subtle, earthy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for large family gatherings.

While this kitchen appears traditional in styling, it has many of the modern amenities you would find in any state of the art kitchen including a smart home automation system by Greathomes Technolities which controls the lights, audio system and window shades in the room. The voice activated faucet allows for touchless operation, while clean up is a breeze with the cabinetry’s built in vacuum by Hafele. Cambria is a state of the art solid surface that offers the look and feel of a natural stone with the high tech performance of quartz pairing extremely well with this “well disguised” theme in our kitchen.

This kitchen replaced the one original to this 1963 built residence. The now empty nester couple entertain frequently including their large extended family during the holidays. Separating work and social spaces was as important as crafting a space that was conducive to their love of cooking and hanging with family and friends. Simple lines, simple cleanup, and classic tones create an environment that will be in style for many years. Subtle unique touches like the painted wood ceiling, pop up island receptacle/usb and receptacles/usb hidden at the bottom of the upper cabinets add functionality and intrigue. Ample LED lighting on dimmers both ceiling and undercabinet mounted provide ample task lighting. SubZero 42” refrigerator, 36” Viking Range, island pendant lights by Restoration Hardware. The ceiling is framed with white cove molding, the dark colored beadboard actually elevates the feeling of height. It was sanded and spray painted offsite with professional automotive paint equipment. It reflects light beautifully. No one expects this kind of detail and it has been quite fun watching people’s reactions to it. There are white painted perimeter cabinets and Walnut stained island cabinets. A high gloss, mostly white floor was installed from the front door, down the foyer hall and into the kitchen.
