Le duplex du projet Nollet a charmé nos clients car, bien que désuet, il possédait un certain cachet. Ces derniers ont travaillé eux-mêmes sur le design pour révéler le potentiel de ce bien. Nos architectes les ont assistés sur tous les détails techniques de la conception et nos ouvriers ont exécuté les plans. Malheureusement le projet est arrivé au moment de la crise du Covid-19. Mais grâce au process et à l’expérience de notre agence, nous avons pu animer les discussions via WhatsApp pour finaliser la conception. Puis lors du chantier, nos clients recevaient tous les 2 jours des photos pour suivre son avancée. Nos experts ont mené à bien plusieurs menuiseries sur-mesure : telle l’imposante bibliothèque dans le salon, les longues étagères qui flottent au-dessus de la cuisine et les différents rangements que l’on trouve dans les niches et alcôves. Les parquets ont été poncés, les murs repeints à coup de Farrow and Ball sur des tons verts et bleus. Le vert décliné en Ash Grey, qu’on retrouve dans la salle de bain aux allures de vestiaire de gymnase, la chambre parentale ou le Studio Green qui revêt la bibliothèque. Pour le bleu, on citera pour exemple le Black Blue de la cuisine ou encore le bleu de Nimes pour la chambre d’enfant. Certaines cloisons ont été abattues comme celles qui enfermaient l’escalier. Ainsi cet escalier singulier semble être un élément à part entière de l’appartement, il peut recevoir toute la lumière et l’attention qu’il mérite !

This semi-detached home in Teddington has been significantly remodelled on the ground floor to create a bright living space that opens on to the garden. We were appointed to provide a full architectural and interior design service. Despite being a modern dwelling, the layout of the property was restrictive and tired, with the kitchen particularly feeling cramped and dark. The first step was to address these issues and achieve planning permission for a full-width rear extension. Extending the original kitchen and dining area was central to the brief, creating an ambitiously large family and entertainment space that takes full advantage of the south-facing garden. Creating a deep space presented several challenges. We worked closely with Blue Engineering to resolve the unusual structural plan of the house to provide the open layout. Large glazed openings, including a grand trapezoid skylight, were complimented by light finishes to spread sunlight throughout the living space at all times of the year. The bespoke sliding doors and windows allow the living area to flow onto the outdoor terrace. The timber cladding contributes to the warmth of the terrace, which is lovely for entertaining into the evening. Internally, we opened up the front living room by removing a central fireplace that sub-divided the room, producing a more coherent, intimate family space. We designed a bright, contemporary palette that is complemented by accents of bold colour and natural materials, such as with our bespoke joinery designs for the front living room. The LEICHT kitchen and large porcelain floor tiles solidify the fresh, contemporary feel of the design. High-spec audio-visual services were integrated throughout to accommodate the needs of the family in the future. The first and second floors were redecorated throughout, including a new accessible bathroom. This project is a great example of close collaboration between the whole design and construction team to maximise the potential of a home for its occupants and their modern needs.

Modern luxury meets warm farmhouse in this Southampton home! Scandinavian inspired furnishings and light fixtures create a clean and tailored look, while the natural materials found in accent walls, casegoods, the staircase, and home decor hone in on a homey feel. An open-concept interior that proves less can be more is how we’d explain this interior. By accentuating the “negative space,” we’ve allowed the carefully chosen furnishings and artwork to steal the show, while the crisp whites and abundance of natural light create a rejuvenated and refreshed interior. This sprawling 5,000 square foot home includes a salon, ballet room, two media rooms, a conference room, multifunctional study, and, lastly, a guest house (which is a mini version of the main house). This old tiny kitchen now boasts big space, ideal for a small family or a bigger gathering. It's main feature is the customized black metal frame that hangs from the ceiling providing support for two natural maple butcher block shevles, but also divides the two rooms. A downdraft vent compliments the functionality and aesthetic of this installation. The kitchen counters encroach into the dining room, providing more under counter storage. The concept of a proportionately larger peninsula allows more working and entertaining surface. The weightiness of the counters was balanced by the wall of tall cabinets. These cabinets provide most of the kitchen storage and boast an appliance garage, deep pantry and a clever lemans system for the corner storage. We have a wonderful kitchen remodel using Wellborn Forest's Cabinets. This kitchen uses a muted palatte of whites with black accents to create a very classic and sophisticated look. The perimeter cabinets are Wellborn Forest's Champagne with Chocolate Glaze painted finish, while the island is shown in the Caviar Chocolate Heirloom finish which creates a wonderful contrast. In addition to contrast with the cabinet finishes, the perimeter countertop is shown in the Black Uba Tuba granite while the island uses Mascavo- Leathered quartzite. Designer: Aaron Mauk

The home was a very outdated Southwest style with Aztec architectural elements, and it was time for a transformation to the beautiful modern style you see now. We ripped out all the flooring throughout, squared off and removed a lot of the Aztec styled elements in the home, redesigned the fireplace and opened up the kitchen. In the kitchen, we opened up a wall that made the kitchen feel very closed in, allowing us room to make a more linear and open kitchen. Opening up the kitchen and its new layout allowed us to create a large accent island that is truly a statement piece. Our clients hand selected every finish you see, including the rare granite that has beautiful pops of purple and waterfall edges. To create some contrast, the island has a pretty neutral taupe acrylic cabinetry and the perimeter has textured laminate cabinets with a fun white geometric backsplash. Our clients use their TV in their kitchen, so we created a custom built in just for their TV on the backwall. For the fireplace to now match the homes new style, we reshaped it to have sleek lines and had custom metal pieces acid washed for the center with stacked stone on the sides for texture. Enjoy!

Lots of light and large open space make this kitchen a winner. The large island is great for entertaining and a fantastic workspace. Large circular pendant lights and undercabinet lighting enhance the natural light entering from the large picture windows.

In diesem alten Pferdestall fanden einst im Erdgeschoss neben den Tieren auch Kutschen ihren Unterstand, heute ist es ein kreativer Raum für Feinschmecker und immer noch werden Pferdestärken geschätzt, wie man sieht. Die hohen Räume dieses Altstadthauses mit ihren alten Balken an der Decke beherbergen unter anderem reichlich dezent versteckte Technik. Schlichte Edelstahlfronten, bayrischer Muschelkalk und das minimalistische Design auf Sicht-Estrich schaffen eine perfekte Loft-Atmosphäre, in der sich auch Platz findet für schnelle Fahrzeuge des Hausherrn. Auf die Plätze fertig los!
