A NEW PERSPECTIVE To hide an unsightly boiler, reclaimed doors from a Victorian school were used to create a bespoke cabinet that looks like it has always been there.

This fun and quirky kitchen is all thing eclectic. Pink tile and emerald green cabinets make a statement. With accents of pine wood shelving and butcher block countertop. Top it off with white quartz countertop and hexagon tile floor for texture. Of course, the lipstick gold fixtures!

Knocking through between the existing small kitchen and dining room really opened up the space allowing light to flood through. As the new room was quite long and narrow, a small breakfast bar peninsular was incorporated into the design along with a feature tall bank of framed units that help to visually shorten the space and connect both areas. Painting the tall units in Fired Earth Rose Bay gave the owner free range to indulge her love of pink in the glass pink and gold splashback behind the induction hob.

Removal of the walls that separated a once tiny kitchen from the dining room was like that feeling of relief when you unbutton those far too tight pants at the end of the day. It opened up the core of the house, let the daylight flood in, and provided a desired social connection between the cooking, dining, and entertaining experience, plus views to the front yard. One step towards achieving historic status to even apply for the MILS act - all the windows were replaced and returned back to their wood frame glory, and a previously modified window was returned back to it's orginal glass door and window configuration with direct access to the front porch. Existing harwood floors were patched and refinished, structural beams and footings were added as required, and all well worth the effort. The coveted island/ "command station" features a natural quartzite countertop, farmhouse sink, beautiful hand-painted tile, and uber comfortable counter height stools - perfectly proportioned to where the seat back will never get dinged up against the stone top and can tuck completely under the countertop when not in use. Tall, flanking pantries are convenient for everyday items, and deep lower drawers house all the necessities a home chef wants within arms reach.

Step into this vibrant and inviting kitchen that combines modern design with playful elements. The centrepiece of this kitchen is the 20mm Marbled White Quartz worktops, which provide a clean and sophisticated surface for preparing meals. The light-coloured quartz complements the overall bright and airy ambience of the kitchen. The cabinetry, with doors constructed from plywood, introduces a natural and warm element to the space. The distinctive round cutouts serve as handles, adding a touch of uniqueness to the design. The cabinets are painted in a delightful palette of Inchyra Blue and Ground Pink, infusing the kitchen with a sense of fun and personality. A pink backsplash further enhances the playful colour scheme while providing a stylish and easy-to-clean surface. The kitchen's brightness is accentuated by the strategic use of rose gold elements. A rose gold tap and matching pendant lights introduce a touch of luxury and sophistication to the design. The island situated at the centre enhances functionality as it provides additional worktop space and an area for casual dining and entertaining. This sleek and chic pastel blue kitchen project is a stylish German kitchen with a touch of raspberry. This project has been designed and built for a husband and wife in Fernhurst, West Sussex, who loves to entertain. The wife is also a professional baker, so she was very clear about the space she wanted to create. The renovation goal was a kitchen with enough space for creating baked goods and socialising. Additionally, it must have a clear boundary so that guests can circulate around the rest of the room without coming into the central cooking zone. To turn this idea to life, we built a long peninsula that provides plenty of workspace for baking and ample storage for all of the client's baking supplies. We used Nolte's Feel range in Platinum Grey for the cabinetry and incorporated a LeMans corner mechanism for the tambour and larder units to maximize storage space. The 560 metal tab pull handles finish off the look and completes the kitchen's sleek, modern aesthetic. The worktops are from Classic Quartz in Alaska Quartz, a marble-effect worksurface that complimented the grey Nolte doors. To add a pop of colour and liven up the room, we opted for a glass raspberry pink backsplash that blends seamlessly with the sleek and chic theme of the space. This contemporary kitchen was also designed with tea and coffee lovers in mind. We built a tea and coffee station using our Matrix 900 cabinetry, which is the perfect height for making coffee. Floating shelves are included for additional storage of tea and coffee supplies. Appliances from AEG, Neff, and Elica provide the much-needed functionality to the space, while Franke sinks and taps add the finishing touches. Overall, this modern kitchen is light and airy with a touch of pink for a bit of fun and personality.

Due to the shaker style this kitchen is still a classic and traditional looking space, with a contemporary twist. The choice of neutral colours and a pale pink splash back, make the space feel very warm and an inviting space to be in.

Some of our most successful spaces are the smallest and most functional - this peek-a-boo look into the mudroom serves so many practical purposes - access to the side/ back yard, laundry, drop zone for shoes and backpacks, and a ton of pantry space. The arched entry picks up on a detail that had been removed when we took some of the walls down and maintains the character of the original design.
