The keeping room, adjacent to the kitchen, creates a cozy gathering place for reading with four leather Hancock and Moore club chairs gathered around a round vintage cocktail table. Pillows are done in fabrics to compliment the Persian rug and the custom wool plaid drapes with fabric from Ralph Lauren. Hand-forged drapery hardware blends effortlessly with the stained trim, tongue and groove ceiling, The room overlooks the scenic mountain view and the screened in porch complete with wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is splendid with knotty alder custom cabinets, handmade peeled bark legs were crafted to support the chiseled edge granite. A hammered copper farm sink compliments the custom copper range hood while the slate backsplash adds color. Barstools from Old Hickory, also with peeled bark frames are upholstered in a casual red and gold fabric back with brown leather seats. Clean cut, modern, and magnificent! Rochon custom made black flat panel cabinets and center island set the tone for this open and airy contemporary kitchen and great room. The island lights add a touch of whimsical . The kitchen also features an extra large Frigidaire refrigerator and freezer and wall oven.

In this contemporary kitchen we combined cabinets in two finishes: glossy light grey acrylic and textured melamine with vertical wood grain. The open concept kitchen has a long island with a raised area that hides the 5' Galley sink. The casual island seating is conveniently located close to the refrigerator and the drawer style microwave hidden in the island. The two ovens are tucked under the counter on the two sides of the cook top, making this kitchen layout very practical for kosher cooking. For under cabinetry lights and accents we used LED strip lights and LED puck lights.

La encimera que se ha colocado es dekton Fossil, y el frente en lacobel naranja, contrastando con el color de los muebles. Fregadero silgranit en color gris roca mod Sublime de Blanco. La columna de la zona de la barra de desayuno se ha forrado en metal bronze 3D cubes. El mirador de esta cocina esta acabado en PVC Kommerling serie Eurofutur.

Midcentury modern kitchen with white kitchen cabinets, solid surface countertops, and tile backsplash. Open shelving is used throughout. The wet bar design includes teal grasscloth. The floors are the original 1950's Saltillo tile. A flush mount vent hood has been used to not obstruct the view.

The Hasserton is a sleek take on the waterfront home. This multi-level design exudes modern chic as well as the comfort of a family cottage. The sprawling main floor footprint offers homeowners areas to lounge, a spacious kitchen, a formal dining room, access to outdoor living, and a luxurious master bedroom suite. The upper level features two additional bedrooms and a loft, while the lower level is the entertainment center of the home. A curved beverage bar sits adjacent to comfortable sitting areas. A guest bedroom and exercise facility are also located on this floor.
