A 1950s remodel involved gutting the entire kitchen and bathrooms. The client specified the white beach cabinet collection white acrylic cabinets. Top cabinets are flip tops. Base cabinets are soft close.

The island houses an extra-wide under-counter wine fridge with dual cooling zones. The pantry was originally where the fridge is, and during the design phase we explored options of swapping locations to create a more functional work triangle.

This home was built in 1947 and the client wanted the style of the kitchen to reflect the same vintage. We installed wood floors to match the existing floors throughout the rest of the home. The tile counter tops reflect the era as well as the painted cabinets with shaker doors.

The outdoor kitchen features black granite countertops and stainless steel beverage refrigerator, grill, and farmhouse sink with polished chrome faucet. The West Palm Permapanel cabinetry by Laurie Kitchen & Bath Center appears like wood, but is actually an extremely hard plastic much more durable for outdoor applications. The 3/4” Vitreous Glass tile wall by Artaic is made to order at the exact dimensions needed. Every tile is individually numbered in an exact location.

The island quartz countertops extend into a waterfall on both sides of the island. In essence, a dark teal picket mosaic was used for the kitchen backsplash running horizontally through the cabinets and picked up in the island.
