In this beautifully crafted home, the living spaces blend contemporary aesthetics with comfort, creating an environment of relaxed luxury. As you step into the living room, the eye is immediately drawn to the panoramic view framed by the floor-to-ceiling glass doors, which seamlessly integrate the outdoors with the indoors. The serene backdrop of the ocean sets a tranquil scene, while the modern fireplace encased in elegant marble provides a sophisticated focal point. The kitchen is a chef's delight with its state-of-the-art appliances and an expansive island that doubles as a breakfast bar and a prepping station. White cabinetry with subtle detailing is juxtaposed against the marble backsplash, lending the space both brightness and depth. Recessed lighting ensures that the area is well-lit, enhancing the reflective surfaces and creating an inviting ambiance for both cooking and social gatherings. Transitioning to the bathroom, the space is a testament to modern luxury. The freestanding tub acts as a centerpiece, inviting relaxation amidst a spa-like atmosphere. The walk-in shower, enclosed by clear glass, is accentuated with a marble surround that matches the vanity top. Each design element has been meticulously selected to provide a sanctuary of sophistication and comfort. This home represents a marriage of elegance and pragmatism, ensuring that each room is not just a sight to behold but also a space to live and create memories in.

Cet ancien cabinet d’avocat dans le quartier du carré d’or, laissé à l’abandon, avait besoin d’attention. Notre intervention a consisté en une réorganisation complète afin de créer un appartement familial avec un décor épuré et contemplatif qui fasse appel à tous nos sens. Nous avons souhaité mettre en valeur les éléments de l’architecture classique de l’immeuble, en y ajoutant une atmosphère minimaliste et apaisante. En très mauvais état, une rénovation lourde et structurelle a été nécessaire, comprenant la totalité du plancher, des reprises en sous-œuvre, la création de points d’eau et d’évacuations. Les espaces de vie, relèvent d’un savant jeu d’organisation permettant d’obtenir des perspectives multiples. Le grand hall d’entrée a été réduit, au profit d’un toilette singulier, hors du temps, tapissé de fleurs et d’un nez de cloison faisant office de frontière avec la grande pièce de vie. Le grand placard d’entrée comprenant la buanderie a été réalisé en bois de noyer par nos artisans menuisiers. Celle-ci a été délimitée au sol par du terrazzo blanc Carrara et de fines baguettes en laiton. La grande pièce de vie est désormais le cœur de l’appartement. Pour y arriver, nous avons dû réunir quatre pièces et un couloir pour créer un triple séjour, comprenant cuisine, salle à manger et salon. La cuisine a été organisée autour d’un grand îlot mêlant du quartzite Taj Mahal et du bois de noyer. Dans la majestueuse salle à manger, la cheminée en marbre a été effacée au profit d’un mur en arrondi et d’une fenêtre qui illumine l’espace. Côté salon a été créé une alcôve derrière le canapé pour y intégrer une bibliothèque. L’ensemble est posé sur un parquet en chêne pointe de Hongris 38° spécialement fabriqué pour cet appartement. Nos artisans staffeurs ont réalisés avec détails l’ensemble des corniches et cimaises de l’appartement, remettant en valeur l’aspect bourgeois. Un peu à l’écart, la chambre des enfants intègre un lit superposé dans l’alcôve tapissée d’une nature joueuse où les écureuils se donnent à cœur joie dans une partie de cache-cache sauvage. Pour pénétrer dans la suite parentale, il faut tout d’abord longer la douche qui se veut audacieuse avec un carrelage zellige vert bouteille et un receveur noir. De plus, le dressing en chêne cloisonne la chambre de la douche. De son côté, le bureau a pris la place de l’ancien archivage, et le vert Thé de Chine recouvrant murs et plafond, contraste avec la tapisserie feuillage pour se plonger dans cette parenthèse de douceur.

Nothing like taking an old farmhouse that you've lived in for 40+ years and creating a beauty that will take you into your next 40 years. This house got a new addition to accommodate a new kitchen on the ground floor and in the basement as well. The old kitchen cabinets were medium oak and to keep consistency they chose to use same wood in their new kitchen. Adding countertops that have a marbled background with grays and pinpoints of charcoal, Cambria Fairbourne quartz countertops provide a peaceful presence that is calming and soothing.

Our clients raised three children with a small galley kitchen and equally small eating area. The kitchen remodel was always a thought, but time and money was limited. Two children have since moved, married, and have their own children. Their needs for a larger more functional entertaining kitchen became a necessity. They wanted the ability to have the entire family together simultaneously. Our clients stated the new kitchen has met their every desire and even more than ever imagined.

Big changes for these clients cozy bi level home. Taking what was once 3 separate smaller rooms and removing all the walls to create an open first floor was the first step. Nothing a big structural beam can’t handle. We changed what was a dining room window into a sliding door to the future back patio letting in lots more light. Now for the new kitchen design and finishes to bring to life this new space. Echelon cabinetry in the Addison door with linen finish paired with a contrasting island in Mocha finish were chosen for the new kitchen. For looks combined with excellent durability and cost; Adura Luxury Vinyl snap lock floating floors were the best choice for this space and it looks awesome. My favorite design choice for this project is the brick tile accent wall; I love it. The tones of the brick compliment all the other selections, it suits the area with West Chester’s brick sidewalks and homes, and it makes the space. This project was truly a 100% change that came out 100% great. The clients can’t wait to enjoy their new space.
