The counter top is Carrara marble The stone on the wall is white gold craft orchard limestone from Creative Mines. The prep sink is a under-mount trough sink in stainless by Kohler The prep sink faucet is a Hirise bar faucet by Kohler in brushed stainless. The pot filler next to the range is a Hirise deck mount by Kohler in brushed stainless. The cabinet hardware are all Bowman knobs and pulls by Rejuvenation. The floor tile is Pebble Beach and Halila in a Versailles pattern by Carmel Stone Imports. The kitchen sink is a Austin single bowl farmer sink in smooth copper with an antique finish by Barclay. The cabinets are walnut flat-panel done by palmer woodworks. The kitchen faucet is a Chesterfield bridge faucet with a side spray in english bronze. The smaller faucet next to the kitchen sink is a Chesterfield hot water dispenser in english bronze by Newport Brass All the faucets were supplied by Dahl Plumbing (a great company) https://dahlplumbing.com/

Modern contemporary kitchen in a 100 year old stone cottage. Concrete counters, snow tire chain pot hanging rack, antique butcher block, stainless steel cabinets. This 120 year old one room stone cabin features real rock walls and fireplace in a simple rectangle with real handscraped exposed beams. Old concrete floor, from who knows when? The stainless steel kitchen is new, everything is under counter, there are no upper cabinets at all. Antique butcher block sits on stainless steel cabinet, and an old tire chain found on the old farm is the hanger for the cooking utensils. Concrete counters and sink. Designed by Maraya Interior Design for their best friend, Paul Hendershot, landscape designer. A British client requested an 'unfitted' look. Robinson Interiors was called in to help create a space that appeared built up over time, with vintage elements. For this kitchen reclaimed wood was used along with three distinctly different cabinet finishes (Stained Wood, Ivory, and Vintage Green), multiple hardware styles (Black, Bronze and Pewter) and two different backsplash tiles. We even used some freestanding furniture (A vintage French armoire) to give it that European cottage feel. A fantastic 'SubZero 48' Refrigerator, a British Racing Green Aga stove, the super cool Waterstone faucet with farmhouse sink all hep create a quirky, fun, and eclectic space! We also included a few distinctive architectural elements, like the Oculus Window Seat (part of a bump-out addition at one end of the space) and an awesome bronze compass inlaid into the newly installed hardwood floors. This bronze plaque marks a pivotal crosswalk central to the home's floor plan. Finally, the wonderful purple and green color scheme is super fun and definitely makes this kitchen feel like springtime all year round! Masterful use of Pantone's Color of the year, Ultra Violet, keeps this traditional cottage kitchen feeling fresh and updated.

We had so much fun picking out stone with these clients! They had fantastic out-of-the-big-box-store taste. We helped them find this Rainforest Green Granite and Red Dragon Granite to pair with their red and white cabinets and stunning patinated copper fixtures. The overall effect is playful and eclectic...yet still balanced and sophisticated. This lovely little bar corner got a full does of the mixed stone tile and Red Dragon Granite fabricated in a curved front to match the design of the island.

This bright modern kitchen is a big change from the dark enclosed space that was there before. By opening up the wall between the kitchen and the living space and using light colored cabinets a room you want to hang out in was created.
