This stately kitchen renovation was designed to accommodate a large family but our clients required a cozy intimate feeling. Integrating quarter-sawn white oak with modern appliances provided our answer. The kitchen is truly a space of comfort and warmth.

Completely renovated gourmet kitchen and butters pantry in Rancho Santa Fe fit with all custom quarter-sawn white oak cabinetry designed with the lines of antique furniture as the inspiration paired with the modernism of matte black forged iron cabinetry and iron lattice grate features, sexy ribbed finial one-of-a-kind legs for the island, Calacata Michaelangelo marble on all surfaces including backsplashes, sink front and pair of drawer fronts flanking the Wolf cooktop. In addition to the cabinetry, the round custom butcher block cabinet, quilted millwork and hand forged ironworks, the brass cabinetry hardware pulls and knobs, swivel barstools, both iron pendants with black linen fabric lined in gold silk shades over the island and the three iron and wood light sconces placed high above the sink window were also designed and made in my custom work rooms south of the border which allowed for us to create and exceptional one-of-a-kind design AND high-end quality product for our client at a fraction of the cost in comparison as to if this design had been produced in Southern California. Custom hood build from 2x4's and drywall, a faux finish was added for extra detail. Led tape lights were used behind the glass cabinet doors creating a beautiful reflection.

This 6,100 sq. ft. modern escape from city living was designed with family in mind! An elegant Mediterranean-inspired Hill Country design with a welcoming front courtyard using local stone mixed with earth-toned stucco. The front motor court is hidden away behind rock wing walls leaving the emphasis on the turreted area enclosing the grand staircase. Rear porches, both upstairs and down, reflect the inspiration of a Mediterranean villa, with carefully crafted staggered stone arches. Large expanses of glass not only help to create the feeling of bringing the outside in, but also maximize the views of the lake from nearly every room in the home. Interior thickened stone arches invite you to the family living areas and emphasize the timber box beams and wooden ceiling details in these areas.

A long narrow kitchen is graced with two sinks. A gingery finish on heartwood maple is set off by leathered Uba-Tuba granite and green accents. The client achieved a warm somewhat nautical theme in this beach house kitchen. Wood-Mode Fine Custom Cabinetry: Brookhaven's Freemont

This was an extremely fun project to both design and build. We took a very traditional ranch style home and opened up the entire living space and kitchen to give it a completely new look. They wanted a funky downtown loft appeal, and loved the huge splash of color we brought to their space. We removed over 50' of load bearing walls and widened the beams to frame the space, which gave a great architectural element, while still giving us the structural support we needed. We used all commercial quality Jenn Air appliances and grain matched cabinetry to finish the look of this amazing kitchen.

This Back Splash incorporates a glass tile and a Ceramic Tile call Ala-Hambra from Interceramic. This Granite is Typhoon Bordeaux from Triton Stone. The cooktop is a Bosch Induction Cook Top and the Stainless Vent is Bosch.
