BEWARE! Build.com/Ferguson does not deliver your appliances into your home! I purchased a lovely Bosch refrigerator from Build.com. Today it arrived by truck and the driver informed me that they weren't "allowed" inside my house and the refrigerator could only be left outside or in my garage. This is ABSURD. No one buys a major appliance and then assumes they have to get it inside their house and hooked up. This isn't an UberEats order. Furthermore, at no time in my communication with Build/Ferguson was it explicitly stated that this was their (ridiculous) policy. I got a pop up suggestion to purchase an additional water line but no mention of "and btw, you're gonna have to figure out how to get this thing inside your house". Build/Ferguson required that I call them to verify my purchase (not sure why) and I got emails regarding my purchase and tracking. At no point did Build/Ferguson say anything about only being able to bring it up my driveway. When I called Build.com Customer Service I was on hold for ages. After about 10 minutes, I looked up the nearest Ferguson Showroom which happened to be less than 10 minutes from my house. While I was still on hold with Build/Ferguson, I got in my car, drove to the Ferguson Showroom, spoke to a person there (said they can't help me but would "look into it"), left the showroom, stopped to fill up my car with gas, and drove all the way back home -- all while I was still on hold. The showroom person also told me I "shouldn't have bought it online but from here instead". How exactly was I to know that the online Build.com BY FERGUSON was somehow NOT FERGUSON. I have purchased appliances from high end appliance stores, Sears, and Costco. Never have I had such a bizarre and ridiculous delivery. The delivery driver told me she has customers who are "shocked when I tell them I can't deliver it inside. This happens all the time". THIS IS NOT A ONE-OFF EXPERIENCE. THIS IS STANDARD FERGUSON POLICY. DO NOT BUY YOUR APPLIANCES FROM BUILD.COM by FERGUSON.

Ferguson is a step up from the big box store... and in a small bathroom remodel I appreciated finding the fixtures and accessories that made my project stylish. They work with the home builder on pricing and ordering; it's refreshing to get follow through service, attention to special orders and help for the same price. They stock what I needed and it was easy and quick. A nice surprise!

IF I could give NO stars I would. We purchased appliances and lighting from Ferguson’s at our general contractor’s recommendation. It has been a complete disaster. Our appliance order was incorrect and now we are back in the supply chain queue. Further, there is NO communication from Ferguson’s at all. once you order and pay you are forgotten. Any update you want on your order you have to initiate. They did not tell us that the hood we ordered was discontinued from the Manufacturer. We found out on one of our many calls to Ferguson. We purchased a hood direct from the manufacturer and received it in one week. Then 7 months later Ferguson tries to charge us for the “discontinued” hood. The lighting we purchased was broken and had to be replaced. You should go direct to the manufacturer so you can be sure your order is correct and go anywhere else for lighting or appliances. Horrible experience.

We ordered ~$50k in kitchen appliances with Ferguson in the summer of 2021. This is not the first time we have remodeled a home (and not our first time with Ferguson) but it will be our last. The supply chain issues exposed the complete lack of coordination between departments at the San Antonio TX Ferguson showroom. We were consistently given changing and contradictory status updates. The worst part is we are still waiting to have the blower installed for our kitchen vent hood. Ferguson's surveyor messed up the measurements, and we will have to adjust the hole we already cut in the side of our house. Even more appalling is Ferguson is now telling us they do not install external blowers. Never told us this before...never again will we use Ferguson. Subsequent to posting the review Ferguson management contacted us and rectified our final issues to our satisfaction. I am changing the rating to reflect this action.

We spent more than $82,000 on cabinets, lighting, plumbing and appliances from Ferguson and this is the service we got... They installed kitchen cabinets that were two different colors and finishes. They came out to our house to verify that and ended up arguing with us and telling us they are the exact same. 90% of the lighting and plumbing acccenceries are crooked. Bathrooms faucets loose.... Take a look at these pictures... Beyond disappointed. Never shop with Ferguson again!

Awful customer service. All of my items that I ordered were wrong and NO ONE will call you back. I spent over 20K and they don’t care and will not fix the issues. I would not shop here again.

I ordered faucets online and thought everything was fine. After a few days I was looking at my credit statement online and noticed the order was pending as there was no reason for this. I called to ask. My order had been rejected they had no reason for this that they would say. My credit is excellent. The thing is they never even let me know that the order wasn't coming. I would have been waiting for weeks. That is unacceptable. Businesses should be responsible and do their job. This incompetence has become an epidemic in this country. I learned in business one unhappy customer costs a business at least a hundred more. Trust me I have told everyone I know about this.

I visited the Ferguson showroom in Lakewood on Saturday, October 24th, and was assisted by Aaron Smith. I was looking to match an accessory to a pink Crane toilet and my plumber suggested trying Ferguson. My thanks to Aaron who took the time to help me pour through several color charts hoping to find a match. I settled on what looked like the right color and found it was in stock. Aaron told me I would receive my order on Tuesday following. True to his word, it arrived on Tuesday and I held my breath as I opened the package hoping to find a match. Thank God it was PERFECT. Bless you Aaron.

Winter 2020 Went into Ferguson's, Fairfield NJ (formerly Karl's with a bad reputation) just to look. Ended up purchasing all of my kitchen appliances for a remodel either from the back room or floor models. NB - I'm a semi-pro chef. Mr. Tyrone Pemberton was patient and not pushing the high ticket items vs. floor models, etc. He did suggest coverage for my appliances and I agreed to 5 yr. ins. for them all. This proved very useful for the subsequent couple of items the range needed and for a refrigerator ice maker repair. Ferguson's customer care was very helpful. I didn't mind waiting a bit for the parts because in the end I saved quite a bit of money and 1 year later just love my purchases.

Actually really knowledgeable resalable staff that actually takes care of business. Best show room I have been in in 40 years as a designer builder.

We went to Ferguson's at the recommendation of our contractor. We were greeted by William Ward. This is the guy to ask for. He was so friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable in faucets, sinks and appliances. I wanted a short apron farm sink. It was difficult to find available anywhere, but William found it. Don't be intimidated when you walk in and think you can't afford anything there. Prices are reasonable and they will mark down items that they are able to. I would highly recommend checking out Ferguson's!

I have to agree with the negative reviews- similar to other showrooms in Tampa, Fergusons clearly targets high end customers and builders while ignorant of who may be a high end customer in disguise, lol. I needed a laundry faucet that was less than $100, and was treated like the maid sent in, and ignored for the most part as I browsed for items for my upcoming renovation project for my home in Beach Park. I also bought a faucet for bathroom because it was on clearance and beautiful but by the time I used it and the sprayer didn't work I was out of luck. No support or help, even through it was originally a $700 faucet- so caveat emptor.

Could Not Be More Pleased ... with the products that the fabulous Angie Farmer helped us select for our kitchen renovation. She took the time, and had the patience, to guide us to exactly the right “finishing touches” for our project. Especially love the pendant lighting !! We will definitely return in the future - and ask for Angie !!

Terrible service. My experience was very different than that of the builders and decorators reviews. Perhaps they get preferential treatment, unlike the general public. We spent over $50K on appliances when building our new home. Sales staff happy to close the deal, but service is another story when brand new appliances fail to work. It seems to be the mission of the Customer Service representatives to find fault with the customer or installer rather than help to remedy the situation and do the right thing. We kept getting turfed from our sales rep to an unknown Customer Service person when our complaints regarding brand new defective appliances went unanswered. Instead of taking responsibility for conducting an investigation and speaking to the various individuals involved, Ferguson's instead insisted we the homeowner and buyer provide all the footwork. For the few dollars worth of service we have fought for or been denied, we do not intend to utilize Ferguson's again nor will we recommend them to others.

Very professional service and nice customer service, we definitely recommended them to friends and any of our future clients for remodeling projects.

Last month we scheduled an appointment with an associate for a major home remodel. We spent about two hours with him going over items for kitchen and bathrooms. Seemed a little disinterested but ok. Said he would have proposal and bid for us in a few days. We never heard from him and have purchased our items elsewhere. This has been a $100k remodel. Used them several years ago for master bath remodel and service was awesome.

I have worked with Ferguson consultants on several residential projects over the past two decades. I appreciate the many items to choose from among many moderate and top-end brands. I have never had a challenge with returns. The inventory/availability of items is consistently good. I can and do have my items shipped by ground mainly. I found the sales people on the floor helpful albeit overwhelmed by so many customers that patronize the showroom and take more than 20min to facilitate these referrals by builders - but the sales people do acknowledge us and come by to check on us as we navigate the items among the beautiful displays. We found every member of the staff knowledgeable of the products they sell and inventory availability. I have worked with many quality plumbers from different companies and all have recommended that we stick with Ferguson to buy fixtures as the quality and materials used in Ferguson's items is better quality and less problematic than the same brand/style offered thru big box stores. Great after sales support as well. They maintain a record of past orders so I can easily find the same fixtures for new projects. You pay on average 25%-40% more for items thru Ferguson, but my plumbers will attest that the inner workings are much better than the cheap plastic inner workings of same brand sold in big box stores. Also, I have wonderful counter sales support among the plumbing fixtures and parts branches in my area. Highly knowledgeable staff that give customers the personal attention and support to navigate most any project involving plumbing and hvac.

Had an experience once before with Fergusons. I bought a four piece kitchen suite for a condo rental of ours. They have some beautiful items, but I wanted to stay midrange in price, to which I received an immediate ‘attitude’, like I wasn’t important enough to spend much time on...just fill the order & “move on over for my important customers!” Now I’m doing a full 3bd condo remodel & I would not go back. Fool me twice, shame on me! It seems like all the horrible reviews here (& there are many!) are immediately followed by some design company‘s terrific review, which tells me one thing: Fergusons is interested in working with designers, builders & others that can bring them repeat customers! Sorry, not good enough for me. Of course, the designers love working with Fergusons; they get all the attention & good service. It’s just so darn obvious! Well, no thanks. I happen to be a Ferguson (not from same family), and we were raised with great integrity...some of our own must’ve missed that part! I wish they had a different last name!

I never in my life have written a review but I am just shocked at the nonexistent customer service of this place. The showroom is beautiful, that's all. I walked in on a Monday and told the receptionist I was looking for shower hardware. She was nice enough and said she'd have someone come help me. I waited and looked around for about 15 min. Then I said I'll just come back with my husband (I was not irritated by this visit and had also seen a bathtub I liked). She told me the name of the bathtub and I left. I came back the next day with a friend to purchase just the bathtub. As soon as we walked in I stated that I'd like to purchase the tub, they said "ok, I'll find a rep to help you" we proceeded to look around the entire showroom for about 20-30 minutes and walked past many employees who were not with customers, not one asked if we needed help. We walked back up to the front again and told them we just needed someone to charge me for the bathtub. Someone did help within 5 minutes, she charged me and set up delivery from 9-11am the following day and I thought the total sounded a bit off but my baby got fussy and I figured it was the tax and I'll check the receipt in a bit. Well I never got one, not even by email. Then at 7:30 am the next morning the delivery driver calls and tells me he's at my new home and no one is there. I explained to him that I told the girl 9-11 multiple times and that I would not be at that home before 8:30 as I don't live there yet. He said he'd check, he never called me back to confirm a new time. I had to call the show room since he never answered his phone at 10 am to be sure my contractor would be there. Then I called Saturday to tell them I never got a receipt, they emailed it to me later that day and i was over charged, granted it was only $25 ish. I called Monday to tell them and they guy said they'd refund the difference and here we are a week and a half later and they still have not refunded the money or called me. I will never shop there again and would not recommend it.

We have been to the Ferguson showroom at West Palm Beach we were renovating a kitchen the laundry room and four bathrooms and our budget was pretty good. Our goal was to spend a hundred thousand for the renovation we would go over if we had to we had too. We went to the showroom here in Palm Beach having already been to the Boca showroom we were treated very poorly by the ladies that work there and we left. We did our renovation elsewhere and I was happy to have not used Ferguson I was shocked by the attitude of the employees as I have a background in sales

The RamseyNJ showroom needs to show some manners. I went in there a few times to look, and the whole crew was in the back eating lunch while another woman and I walked in, and no one got up to greet, ask us what we wanted.....so we both left together. And the same thing happened a few times. Very snobby place. The one time another sales person was visiting from their Norwood showroom, I did end up buying my bathroom lights. She was delightful, helpful, and knowledgable....unlike the usual people in that showroom. I had a whole condo renovation going on, but would never give them my business! I went to another recommended bath showroom and purchased my entire bath..freestanding Opalia tub, all faucets, vanities, toilet with bidet.....and they never cared enough to even ask me if I needed help! Their loss. I blame the management for very poor training and customer service.

I purchased a Blanco Torino pull-out spray kitchen faucet 6 years ago. I recently went back to the showroom and discovered that I was no longer in their database, as their database did not go back that far. Blanco does not stamp an identifer or model number on their faucets, so it was important for me to have invoice information later on when parts failed and I needed to order new parts. That information is good for both Ferguson a me, as they make money selling me the part, and I am able to get the part. With computers today and cheap storage, this is an easy and inexpensive thing to do. Customer information is a valuable asset. Ferguson is a good company. The Blanco faucet I purchased from Ferguson (no fault of Ferguson) is so bad I have to throw it away after only 6 years because Blanco does not stock their one-of-a-kind flex hose, which is made in China. Blanco is a German company, and their parts are designed in Germany, but they are not made in Germany. By contracting to Chinese companies, they lost their quality control. Flex hoses, and I had 2 of them, should not last only 3 years, especially if I seldom flexed them. Having been in the plastics industry, I know how reprocessed plastic and fillers can be added to the product undetected - and over time, has put a lot of companies out of business (RubberMaid?).

Brian was very kind and attentive while I was purchasing my sub zero/wolf suite. Then the service went down from there. My appliances were finally installed in July and I have had to call for service on the microwave and single oven. Tonight as I was getting ready to start my new Asko dishwasher it fell out of the cabinet along with the screws holding it in. While retreiving the screws, I noticed rust in the bottom of the dishwasher. Laying in the middle of the rust was a screw!

I would recommend against this company - period. Terrible installation and follow through. While they were kind enough to credit the installation on the five major appliances I purchased, after many, many months, all the issues are still not resolved. Initial problems included stripped screws, leaking gas line, bent doors, faulty appliances and improper instations. Now the factory is involved, sending third party service to repair and replace parts and entire appliances which had problems since day one of the remodel. Stay away!!!

Ferguson's has good products, but absolutely terrible customer service. In the future I would buy from an out of town source rather than deal with Ferguson's again.

Good selection and showroom has a lot to see. They have parts to fix stuff and a lot of stuff in the store too.

Purchased 50k+ Wolf/Subzero appliances Aug 2016 for full kitchen remodel. Installers first chipped my countertop and they did replace. Next, installers ruined my brand NEW wood floors in front of the refrigerator. We had a wood floor expert give us a quote for repair and factored reasonable costs to move out and move furniture during repair. Ferguson sent a non wood floor expert (adjuster?) that decided we could repair NEW wood flooring for a quarter of our estimate. We are still living with large indentions in front of the refrigerator and still dealing with this a year later. Service is fantastic on initial sale. Follow up service is fair, installation service is unacceptable. Be careful!

We had a wonderful experience with Michelle at the Ferguson location in Jacksonville FL. Was very happy with the initial quote of remodeling of two bathroom projects. Went to confirm my entire order but was told the master vanity was not available. Changed the order to a different vanity quartz counter tops and two sinks. Paid the bill, was told order would be delivered on 4/14/17. Order was not delivered. Plumber sent home. Called store and was told that the order was not complete master bath vanity not available until 6/1/17, shower fixtures to be sent on Friday. I have no idea what inventory i signed for today just a list with #'s the delivery man saud that he had no idea. Tomorrow i will go and cancel the master bath vanity ? Sinks and Quartz counter top. I was told I am very sorry about this matter. Sorry does not work when remodeling a whole house.

Our Architectural firm has been working with Ferguson Bath, Kitchen, & Lighting, specifically the New York City Showroom for years. They have always proven to be professional and have always been extremely helpful and responsible. The line of products they represent is extensive and I have never had a complaint from any client regarding their service.

Ferguson carries high-end products but that doesn't mean we regular people can't afford to shop there. I wasted too much time looking for things at the big-box stores and never finding exactly what I wanted. I had purchased an under the counter ice-maker from Ferguson at the suggestion of our plumber so on a whim I stopped by to see if they had the kitchen & bath sinks I wanted. Courtney asked if I needed help and I was thrilled not to have to navigate the showroom on my own. She found exactly what I was looking for and I was on my way in mere minutes. About the showroom: It is amazing! So many beautiful things to see!

After stopping in the impressive showroom I found some exterior light fixtures I wanted. A couple months later I called and left a message asking them to call me back as I wanted to check available sizes. They never returned my call. I went back to the showroom two weeks later. There were two people working, both occupied with other customers. Neither one acknowledged me at any point. I waited 45 minutes until someone left to be taken care of. I placed my order and was done in 10 minutes. I cannot imagine running a business where the culture of the employees is so rude and indifferent to potential clients. I would only return if I was desperate. Light fixtures were a "ten", customer service a "zero"!

Ferguson's has been out go to plumbing suppler for years with over 200 jobs under their belt with us. Service is great, always ready to assist us and selections are 2nd to none.

This is our go-to showroom when working with clients. Each time we step through the door with a client we know the staff will be approachable and knowledgeable. We're here so often that we've become close with the staff and consider them part of our team.

Fergusons has a huge selection to choose from and is very competitive in their pricing. They are my first choice when looking for plumbing and lighting for my clients.

Stopped by this plumbing store after receiving a recommendation to check here for some supplies that another store did not have in stock. I was here with a friend of mine who is opening a new restaurant. We're not plumbers and have little knowledge of the supplies we were picking up. The store shelves are labeled well which was helpful in helping us find what we needed. The staff was also helpful and knowledgeable. This store was cleaner than other stores we had been in and the fresh brewed coffee wasn't bad either! ;)

We used Ferguson's in our custom home ... Appliance package approx $35,000 plus fixtures. While initially comfortable with the products and service, after moving into our house We would absolutely NOT recommend Ferguson's to anyone. We had A Lot of issues upon installation. The fridge leaked warping our new hardwoods, the ice maker still weeks later makes a loud humming noise (still waiting on new pArt for that repair) and our brand new dishwasher needed some new computer part to run (a fact that took multiple service calls to discover). These problems were annoying and disappointing but the customer service after the fact has been non-existent. As in no call or email back period. We would never buy from here again and would not recommend to a friend.

Legacy Builders has a long relationship with Ferguson for good reason. They offer quality product and selection to our clients. With that they have the knowledge and experience needed to help them make these decisions.

Customer Service is dreadful and just try to get anyone to take action when something goes wrong. The OWNER doesn't even call back even after leaving seven messages. The woman that designed my kitchen (who claims to be in the business for 17 years) made a lot of mistakes that could have been avoided and was rude to me when I tried to get her to fix the problems. Quite honestly Hagerstown Kitchens prices are too high, and the gadgets that open and close the drawers and doors break often and have to be replaced. Should have gone to Ferguson and saved a few thousand$$$ as well as a lot of headaches.

We purchased a professional faucet, faucet for hot water, water filter, hot water heater for under the sink, and elkay sink at Ferguson. I was at the showroom 2x - once doing recon and the second time with my husband to finalize. Everyone we met was very warm and VERY helpful, even when I called back to double check on our sink measurements since our kitchen designer said it wouldn't fit (it fit perfectly as the reps at Ferguson said it would). Items arrived on time. Excellent experience, would shop here again and am happy to refer others here. Thanks for the great experience! I LOVE our new faucets. I think the instant hot water faucet is my favorite thing in the whole kitchen.

The showroom is exceptional, there is no doubt about it. Appointments are needed and that is reasonable. However, our experience was that it was like a doctor appointment, they were always at least 10-15 minutes LATE. The staff varies greatly in their expertise in their area, but generally are very well informed. There was repeatedly a huge problem in our orders with follow up and follow through. Communication was not good.

We work with the Ferguson Dealer off Miami Circle in Atlanta, GA. Their representative Blaine Case is very knowledgeable and professional to work with. We use Ferguson products in many of our high end remodeling projects.

We bought almost all of the fixtures and supplies for our recent bath remodel from Ferguson's. They were very easy to work with and gave us a good discount through our contractor. They beat everyone's price that we had researched and I was very impressed with the level of customer service that we received, especially when we had to exchange several items. We stopped in to just look things over for our project. We told the gal upfront that we may not buy anything today and she was very respectful. She showed us options but with no pressure to buy.

A three star rating here means for me that I would not refuse to do business with Ferguson appliance again but they would not be my first choice for vendor. Although the Meridian, Idaho location, where we purchased appliances and considered buying plumbing fixtures for a custom build home was spacious and had many of the items we wanted to use on the floor to see, it was a combination of poor customer service on the part of some employees there and fractured quality control processes in ordering that would make us pause before using this vendor again. This is our fourth custom home across 22 years. As a result, my husband and I have experience with how a quality experience should work from order through delivery. It was not that here. We purchased appliances (we used Sub Zero, Wolf, Bosch) from Fergusons. We would have purchased our plumbing fixtures there (we used Toto, Grohe, Hansgrohe, Kohler in a kitchen and four bathrooms) too except that the man assigned to help with plumbing when we made our appointment was so disinterested and knew so little and then made so many errors on two passes at order summary, that we finally threw up our hands when we couldn't get him to fix the mistakes a third time and drove to a Ferguson's competitor to place the order. The appliance staff member knew the product lines and was most helpful, but there were a couple of big errors in the order, one that would have been a big darned deal had it not been caught prior to the appliance showing up at job site. I had to play the quality control person to find and get the ordering errors fixed. Thank goodness this was my fourth home build and I knew how to read the documents to compare to the manufacturers numbers to those entered by Fergusons. To the credit of the person working with us, we were offered apology each time. But what we also heard each time was "we are just so busy". And that seemed the mantra for our builder too, everyone was too busy to do the quality control needed to get the job done right at the start, with rework involved after the fact unless the homeowner caught it. One could argue our general contractor's staff should have been doing that quality control checking of Ferguson's order documents but they did not. We had similar coordination issues between our builder's admin staff and this vendor at the end of the project working out a simple refund of several hundred dollars that should have been a slam dunk but took months because, you guessed it, paperwork errors not caught repeatedly. Ferguson's prices are no better than their competition but we used them because our builder wanted us to use them. We'd shop the competition first next time.

Josh Koenig at Ferguson is amazing. He's helped with appliance selection, plumbing fixture selection as well as lighting fixtures! He patient and prompt and polite and responds quickly to emails and phone calls. I don't know what I would have done without his guidance in so many critical areas of putting together a new house!

We purchased a Delta Rain shower and shower hose set with matching diverter for our new bed/bath addition to our newly purchased home. We came into the showroom clueless, but luckily our salesperson was an immense help. She even went above and beyond when the extension pipe for our rain shower wasn't shipped, getting us a replacement in 3 days to be able to pass the plumbing inspection.

We have used Ferguson many times for our remodeling clients and they are fantastic. The staff is knowledgeable and they have a huge selections of products. The showroom is beautiful and it's nice for clients to see so many samples of product before they make a selections. I would highly recommend them.

I was looking for kitchen cabinets. I was thrilled to have walked into Fergusons. We did all the installation with our carpenter. Fergusons assisted with the design and cabinet net selection. Our company specialized in kitchen and bath remodeling, but we do not sell bath fixtures. For that reason we refer all of our clients to Ferguson's for their service and selection.

We just finished gutting both our master bathroom and hall bathroom, as well as did some work in our kitchen. We used Ferguson for most of our bath and kitchen fixtures, and it was extremely convenient to be able to buy everything at one place. I worked with Tanyel in the Chicago store, and she was a pleasure to work with and helped me greatly. I described what I had in mind and she sat with me for several hours going thru items and showing me things in the showroom. I do highly recommend setting up an appointment with someone - vs just showing up in the store. I tried that in the Downer's Grove store, and while they were able to accommodate me, it was much better and more personable when I set up an appointment with Tanyel. As for prices - since I was connected with a designer, I was able to get 30% off Ferguson prices - which definitely added up. If you're only buying one or two items and not with a designer that they work with, you do not get the discount. I'm not exactly a fan of that approach, but fortunately, it did not hurt me. There were some items that Ferguson was cheaper than Amazon (even w/ the discount), but there were some items they were not. Those items, I just ended up buying thru Amazon. I just recommend that you price shop. Delivery was not what I expected. It was actually raining that day, and while you would think it would come in a truck with a cover, it actually was delivered in a sort of pick-up truck that just had a tarp, so several of our boxes became very dirty and wet. Ferguson was also great with returns. In the end, we didn't end up using all of our robe hooks, and we were able to return the items (since they had not been opened) w/o having to pay a restock fee or anything. That was a great bonus. All in all - I recommend Ferguson and thought the Chicago store (as well as their website) was great.

We had our home completely remodeled in January of this year and purchased all of our bathroom fixtures from Ferguson. We were terribly disappointed in the service and lack of professionalism. We will never do business with them again. Our salesperson sent items ordered in several different shipments and then charged us multiple time for the same item. This happened several times. We had to constantly compare shipped items to what we actually ordered because there were a number of duplicates. It was not a good buying experience and Stacy our salesperson acted clueless or uncaring.

We tried to work with the sales people at the Aberdeen Ferguson, but never really felt anyone was interested in our business. We left drawings for a quote for appliances. After over a week and several calls, we finally got a quote. But having to "beg" for a quote does not make one feel comfortable with placing an order. We were in the store one day early on and literally heard one of the lead sales people say "I don't have time to deal with them" even though this person knew we were in the market for a full kitchen renovation.

As a design firm, we have a choice on who we use for plumbing, appliances and lighting. Ferguson in Tucson is our #1 choice! We work primarily with Martha and Matt and their product knowledge, attention to detail and customer service is awesome. We have been using Ferguson for years and strongly recommend them! Terrible post-sale customer service. We worked closely with their Certified Lighting Consultant, Greg, to purchase new light fixtures for our entire 2800 sq ft home. All but one fixture was fine. However, for the that light (which arrived 5 months late), although we were assured that the light could be adjusted to fit our space vertically (and even built out the ceiling to accommodate the light's width), when we brought in an Electrician to install it, he and our Contractor found that the housing was insufficient to coil the necessary cable to shorten the fixture. I brought the light back to Ferguson, hoping to return it and buy a replacement. However, Greg and his manager Chad insisted that we pay a 25% restocking fee because 'nothing was wrong with the light' and accused the licensed Electrician and Contractor of incompetence. Greg said if we had called, they could have figured it out, however I did call, couldn't get a hold of him, and was hung up on by their staff. Although Chad and Greg said they could waive the fee and were aware that between the ceiling and (attempted) installation, we'd already spent a fair amount of money into trying to make the fixture work, they weren't willing to do so to keep us as clients.

I have been a long time customer with Ferguson's now and they have great customer service(john,lee,Cortez) and great products.

I worked with a designer in Ferguson in Tulsa, OK, to design my bathroom. I bought an expensive custom whirlpool tub and all of my faucets, sinks, etc. from them. I walked in there with a detailed drawing of my bathroom and she designed the tub to fit in the space. When it was delivered, it was completely wrong--faucets, drain, electrical, etc. were in all the wrong places. I called to try to rectify the situation and before I was even done explaining, she IMMEDIATELY said it was my fault, that I must have had the drawing wrong, etc. (I did not), and refused to take any responsibility for the problem. The tub wasn't even built properly--the plumbing "guts" were sticking out from around the sides of the tub so that it wouldn't have fit in ANYONE's space. Eventually, after talking with my builder (I was too angry to continue to talk with her), they figured out that there was no way that I could be at fault--that the people who built the tub built it in a way that the designer had told me was not even possible (with the drain and the faucets on opposite ends of the tub). Anyway--they sent someone out to pick up the tub and fixed it and re-delivered it 3 days later, but her defensiveness and IMMEDIATE rush to blame me ensured that I will never spend another dime at Ferguson Bath. I'm renovating my kitchen now and will not set foot in that store. In addition, I paid extra to have the tub "pre-leveled" so that it would drain properly...it does not. It holds standing water after every bath that I have to swish and mop out so that it doesn't leave hard water stains (or clog the air bubbler).

We are doing total kitchen remodel and two bathroom remodels. I entered the Waco, Tx Ferguson's for help with pendant lights, kitchen sinks, and bathroom sinks specifically. The sales person was very helpful, HOWEVER, we were rudely interrupted by her superior twice--he did not acknowledge me in any way, just asked her for information the first time, and walked away. The second interruption, he told her to pick up the phone and answer the questions of a "customer." I left and haven't been back. We've spent $28,000 so far on the kitchen and haven't begun the bathrooms, yet, but I won't use Ferguson for anything.

We had a small kitchen project in the works and I stopped by to look at sinks, faucets, etc. I found the associates to be very helpful. They ordered what I needed and it was delivered on time to my house. They were very knowledgeable and they made the whole experience go much smoother than it might of. Starting a bath project this fall and I will be stopping in to have a look.

Cherry Hill, NJ showroom. This is my third trip into their showroom. I have 8 price questions after walking the showroom for 1/2 hour easy. Two ladies sitting at the reception desk both gazing into the same computer monitor hoping I would just go away I guess. I stood there for quite some time. Very uncomfortable. They just refused to look up. I speak. After telling me there are only 3 employees scheduled today so....{it could be forever before someone will have the time to help you.} "I'm from the Egg Harbor store." (Probably paid to help with the shortage that day.) Offers me card of someone who can help me during the weekdays. Which is why I would show up on a Saturday. Yeah, right. I'll be back. (Too bad for me, they had some really cool stuff and I "needed" it all.)

As an Interior Designer I have used Ferguson's Gallery for over 14 years. I usually bring my clients to the showroom to work directly with the highly educated sales staff. They also work with me via email and photos. They make my selections so much easier and without errors. I also love the showroom!!

Beautiful showroom, absolutely no customer service. My husband and I are planning to redo the master bath and kitchen and went in looking for some ideas to get the ball rolling for the renovations. First thing, we arrived roughly around 3:30/3:45 on a Monday and they had a handful of people in the showroom. The receptionist did not say hello or even look up to acknowledge that we were in the showroom. We started walking around looking for ideas and items that we liked and found several. After passing by 2 empty desks I figured that the sales staff were helping others and that we'd be acknowledged in a few minutes (and let the receptionist's ignoring us slide). We found a vanity, sink, and new hardware for the shower in the first few minutes that we liked and wanted more information on. Continuing on, we started walking back to the back of the showroom, found another few sinks, cabinet colors and styles, lighting, and counter tops that we again wanted more information on. Passed by two people sitting at the desks both on the phone. Walking by their desks, they turned their back on myself and my husband. Not even a smile or nod to recognize that we were potential customers. After walking through the entire showroom and coming back onto the front area, after finding the cabinets and stone we both agreed on for the kitchen we saw a man in a suit. Asked if he worked there and he said no but he was also looking for someone to help him. A salesman who was with two customers overhead the conversation, looked at the three of us and then turned his back on us as well. Didn't apologize, offer to get us any help or even acknowledge that we were obviously now trying to set a plan for a purchase to redo the kitchen. I took pictures of everything that we liked and will now be calling a design studio to build our dream kitchen. This gallery is beautifully set up but the customer service simply was not there.

Ferguson helped me narrow down which tub I wanted, which one was in-stock, and had it delivered in 2 days! The delivery person was just as helpful & pleasant. The price was great. As a side note, I changed my mind 3 times! Each time the salesman was helpful & had great patience with me, never irritated. We love the bathtub! It is a nice, deep tub and holds lots of grandkids!

Replaced a 29 year old HVAC system. FV removed our old HVAC system and replaced it with a more energy efficient model. The employees were knowledgeable, timely and friendly. We are in an area of severe drought so I wanted a way to retain the water from the condensate. FV came up with a solution so that I could save the condensate water for plants.

Ferguson was very knowledgeable of the different plumbing options available and was willing to provide the benefits of one brand/style over another.

Their lack of knowledge caused us 3 delays. We remodeled our master bath which is not large. We choose faucets that came out of the wall. Our consultant neglected to tell us that we needed valves and they were not ordered causing delay 1 and our plumber to come back. Then when valves came we realized these faucets require a special pop up drain. That was not specified or ordered. The drain was overnighted to our home and plumber came again to learn the same consultant sent the wrong drains. Plumber had to come a 3rd time.

The staff at the Huntington location have a few issues. First off they are not very friendly, like they are doing you a favor by assisting you. Secondly, they do not have easy access to product info. It took an hour to place an order for a simple fan which ultimately came in wrong. They never even called when the item came in. I wasn't even able to get the fixtures ordered that I wanted because they could not get the correct product numbers right. I ultimately bought them else where. Do not waste your time at this store, because you will waste your time. When my fan did come in, I had to go to the warehouse to pick up and that took me 45 minutes just to do that. Yikes!!!

I've gone to the showroom twice attempting to choose bathroom fixtures. The second time I had an appointment with "Denise." Each time the receptionist called for someone to assist me but no one responded, and I left after waiting 10-15 minutes..

My husband and I were preparing to do a complete remodel of the three bathrooms in our condo. We went to Ferguson Showroom based on commercials and web ads. We were extremely disappointed in the service. We went on two different occasions. The first time we went, we had to go to someone to get assistance. The salesperson told us he would do "what he could," but they normally work through decorators. We thanked him and continued to look. A few weeks later, we had narrowed down our choices for soaking tubs and fixtures. Remembering that Ferguson carried the line, we went back - thinking our first visit may have just been on a "bad day" . Again, no one offered assistance. This time we did not approach a salesperson. We took down product info on the items we liked and went home and placed the order with another company - for a significant savings.

First and foremost, they are super helpful and nice BEFORE you order. They will put together everything you will need... that is, until they get their payment. Once they collect payment you have to call multiple times to ever get a response from any of their staff, (they seem to forget to even ship some stuff until you do this). One of the items I purchased, which was a 425$ shower pan, was delayed even more in shipping. Why? The item arrived at their warehouse damaged. That was fine, because Crystal Prentice was getting me another one ASAP and they would have the new one within 2 days. Guess what, they sent me the damaged one 2 days later. When I called up to ask why I received a damaged unit, I was told that it was impossible, and that it couldn't have possibly happened. Good thing I took pictures of the unit the minute it arrived, so I was able to show them how bad condition the box was in, and the chips in the shower pan itself. I finally got them to give me a unit that wasnt damaged, after multiple phone calls back and forth. To top it all off, the shower fixtures I purchased (Hans-Grohe brand), is having a sale on amazon. PLEASE NOTE, the sale is not from 3rd party sellers, its straight from amazon which, since im an amazon seller myself, know how it works. Amazon is under contract with Hans-Grohe, and Hans-Grohe sets the price. If this was a 3rd party seller, I could understand a price difference. But its not. Hans-Grohe, as a manufacturer sells their product to retailers at a certain price, and make an MSRP that retailers are supposed to sell the merchandise at. When manufacturers sell directly, generally they sell for the same as their retailers, because a manufacturer will lose their retailers if they are undercutting them. I contacted Ferguson to ask why all of the items I purchased is on sale directly from amazon (as in, SOLD BY AMAZON and not a 3rd party), at 59% off its retail price, when I paid about 15 or 20% off of retail. Just for an idea, I paid 343.00 for a shower temperature control, and its on sale for 200$ shipped. The answer came back extremely hostile. I was told that because they are a professional company, and a brick and mortar store, they cant compete online. Excuse me? Thats why manufacturers have MSRPs, and set minimum prices that allow both online and b&m retailers to compete and still have margin. I could understand if its a few buck difference. We are talking hundreds of dollars difference. I would also understand if it was a 3rd party seller on amazon that was able to get some units of these items in some kind of clearance. Neither of these things happened. If Hans-Grohe is willing to undercut b&m businesses so badly, why are you carrying them? If they arent undercutting, and are extending the sale to the retailer, why isnt the price extended to me? I asked If i could return the items I purchased, and was actually THREATENED that they wouldn't take any of the units back. I was also told that there was a 30% restocking fee (their site says 25%, someone should do some homework). I asked if the company doesn't honor their return policy that they state on their site. They told me that its "up to the company" if they want to return the items or not. Seriously? How is this company still in business treating paying customers like this?
