Working with our long standing property developer client, Beaufield Homes; KCA designed and installed the kitchen for this five bedroom, 3 story detached house backing onto open fields in Cobham. Situated on the ground floor of the house features this highly specified kitchen which is open plan to the dining and family areas, with large bi-fold doors leading onto the rear garden. The design includes contemporary Systemat furniture in Putty Concrete and Pearl Grey with Miele appliances. Silestone worktops in Snowy Ibiza and a mitered Silestone breakfast bar in Cemento Spa.

Nos clients occupaient déjà cet appartement mais souhaitaient une rénovation au niveau de la cuisine qui était isolée et donc inexploitée. Ayant déjà des connaissances en matière d'immobilier, ils avaient une idée précise de ce qu'ils recherchaient. Ils ont utilisé le modalisateur 3D d'IKEA pour créer leur cuisine en choisissant les meubles et le plan de travail. Nous avons déposé le mur porteur qui séparait la cuisine du salon pour ouvrir les espaces. Afin de soutenir la structure, nos experts ont installé une poutre métallique type UPN. Cette dernière étant trop grande (5M de mur à remplacer !), nous avons dû l'apporter en plusieurs morceaux pour la re-boulonner, percer et l'assembler sur place. Des travaux de plomberie et d'électricité ont été nécessaires pour raccorder le lave-vaisselle et faire passer les câbles des spots dans le faux-plafond créé pour l'occasion. Nous avons également retravaillé le plan de travail pour qu'il se fonde parfaitement avec la cuisine. Enfin, nos clients ont profité de nos services pour rattraper une petite étourderie. Ils ont eu un coup de cœur pour un canapé @laredouteinterieurs en solde. Lors de la livraison, ils se rendent compte que le canapé dépasse du mur de 30cm ! Nous avons alors installé une jolie verrière pour rattraper la chose.

The brief for this project involved completely re configuring the space inside this industrial warehouse style apartment in Chiswick to form a one bedroomed/ two bathroomed space with an office mezzanine level. The client wanted a look that had a clean lined contemporary feel, but with warmth, texture and industrial styling. The space features a colour palette of dark grey, white and neutral tones with a bespoke kitchen designed by us, and also a bespoke mural on the master bedroom wall.

The built-ins in the sunroom are in light wood veneer and match the new oak hardwood floor perfectly. A bench under the window provides extra storage space and a cozy sitting area, close to the fireplace. The fireplace is surrounded by simple textured tiles, that create an interesting, timeless look.

Kitchen & Bedrooms - Westgate, Kent Having been very impressed with the professional design service, quality of manufacturing and installation provided by Ream with their bedroom; there was no alternative supplier in mind when Mr and Mrs Till searched for their new kitchen and two bedrooms for their holiday home in Westgate in Kent. Before designing the new layout, Paul from Ream learnt of the specific requirements Mr and Mrs Till wanted and measured the kitchen and bedrooms on a home visit. Through working closely with the clients, Paul was able to understand the functional and practical ideas they wanted, which greatly helped him when it came to designing the rooms. From the bespoke design we set about manufacturing the highest quality cabinets, and worked with our trusted appliance suppliers to install the contemporary kitchen and bedrooms. Ryan and Lee, our two experienced kitchen and bedroom specialists, ensured the installation was seamless and stress free. "This is the second time we have used Ream.
