Una cucina parallela, con zona lavoro e colonna forno da un lato e colonna frigo, dispensa e tavolo sull'altro lato. Per guadagnare spazio è stata realizzata una panca su misura ad angolo. Мы кардинально пересмотрели планировку этой квартиры. Из однокомнатной она превратилась в почти в двухкомнатную с гардеробной и кухней нишей. Помимо гардеробной в спальне есть шкаф. В ванной комнате есть место для хранения бытовой химии и полотенец. В квартире много света, благодаря использованию стеклянной перегородки. Есть запасные посадочные места (складные стулья в шкафу). Подвесной светильник над столом можно перемещать (если нужно подвинуть стол), цепляя длинный провод на дополнительные крепления в потолке.

Проект однокомнатной квартиры для одного человека S = 56,6 кв. м. Пожелания клиентки: выделенная зона спальни, много мест для хранения, в тч для горнолыжного снаряжения, место для приёма гостей. Сделали перепланировку, объединив прихожую с зоной гостиной и выделив отдельно спальню. Максмально расположили места хранения - так в квартире всегда будет порядок, ведь у всего есть своё место. Получился лёгкий просторный интерьер в светлых тонах с нотками современной классики.

Studio Minosa was committed to reinventing this tired interior, set on the edge of a National Park perched on the top of the hill with its lovely ocean views. Renovations can be tricky, working with existing architectural “features” and trying to squeeze a more modern lifestyle into a set of walls that cannot be expanded. This interior was dominated by its past, but this transformation will define its future. A simple idea of dividing the space with its materiality and detailing has taken the focus off the existing architectural “features” and placed the focus firmly on its interior. Combined with thoughtful and considered spatial planning and a few secret doors this space is the sophisticated showstopper the clients dreamed off.

FPArchitects have restored and refurbished a four-storey grade II listed Georgian mid terrace in London's Limehouse, turning the gloomy and dilapidated house into a bright and minimalist family home. Located within the Lowell Street Conservation Area and on one of London's busiest roads, the early 19th century building was the subject of insensitive extensive works in the mid 1990s when much of the original fabric and features were lost. FPArchitects' ambition was to re-establish the decorative hierarchy of the interiors by stripping out unsympathetic features and insert paired down decorative elements that complement the original rusticated stucco, round-headed windows and the entrance with fluted columns. Ancillary spaces are inserted within the original cellular layout with minimal disruption to the fabric of the building. A side extension at the back, also added in the mid 1990s, is transformed into a small pavilion-like Dining Room with minimal sliding doors and apertures for overhead natural light. Subtle shades of colours and materials with fine textures are preferred and are juxtaposed to dark floors in veiled reference to the Regency and Georgian aesthetics.

Kitchen: We located the kitchen between the living and dining room to bridge between the two areas. The units are high gloss in order to reflect as much light as possible coming in from the rear garden and uplift the internal space. The kitchen worktop is made of type of resin which is actually more durable than marble stone. It resembles the marble stone of the fireplace surround.

Bâtiment des années 30, cet ancien hôpital de jour transformé en habitation avait besoin d'être remis au goût de ses nouveaux propriétaires. Les couleurs passent d'une pièce à une autre, et nous accompagnent dans la maison. L'artiste Resco à su mélanger ces différentes couleurs pour les rassembler dans ce grand escalier en chêne illuminé par une verrière. Les sérigraphies, source d'inspiration dès le départ de la conception, se marient avec les couleurs choisies. Des meubles sur-mesure structurent et renforcent l'originalité de chaque espace, en mélangeant couleur, bois clair et carrelage carré. Avec les rendus 3D, le but du projet était de pouvoir visualiser les différentes solutions envisageable pour rendre plus chaleureux le salon, qui était tout blanc. De plus, il fallait ici réfléchir sur une restructuration de la bibliothèque / meuble TV.

A contemporary kitchen and scullery created in large bungalow as part of an extensive renovation. Cabinets are a mix of high gloss black and white with extensive use of stainless steel on the back bench, overhead cupboards, island back and open shelves on island. The island bench is in Corian.

Contemporary kitchen combines a high-contrast colour palette with farmhouse-style table to warm things up just enough.
