Niché dans le 15e, ce joli 63 m² a été acheté par un couple de trentenaires. L’idée globale était de réaménager certaines pièces et travailler sur la luminosité de l’appartement. 1ère étape : repeindre tout l’appartement et vitrifier le parquet existant. Puis dans la cuisine : réaménagement total ! Nous avons personnalisé une cuisine Ikea avec des façades Bodarp gris vert. Le plan de travail en noyer donne une touche de chaleur et la crédence type zellige en blanc cassé (@parquet_carrelage) vient accentuer la singularité de la pièce. Nos équipes ont également entièrement refait la SDB : pose du terrazzo au sol, de la baignoire et sa petite verrière, des faïences, des meubles et de la vasque. Et vous voyez le petit meuble « buanderie » qui abrite la machine à laver ? Il s’agit d’une création maison ! Nous avons également créé d’autres rangement sur-mesure pour ce projet : les niches colorées de la cuisine, le meuble bas du séjour, la penderie et le meuble à chaussures du couloir. Ce dernier a une toute autre allure paré du papier peint Jungle Cole & Son ! Grâce à la verrière que nous avons posée, il devient visible depuis le salon. La verrière permet également de laisser passer la lumière du salon vers le couloir.

Removing the wall that previously enclosed the kitchen allowed for an island fit for five. Crisp white quartz counters and natural cherry inset cabinets were anchored with delicate pendant lighting and embossed ceramic tile on the backsplash.

Ultramodern British Kitchen in Ferring, West Sussex Sea Green handleless furniture from our British supplier and wonderful Corian surfaces combine in this coastal kitchen. The Brief This Ferring project required a kitchen rethink in terms of theme and layout. In a relatively compact space, the challenge for designer Aron was to incorporate all usual amenities whilst keeping a spacious and light feel in the room. Corian work surfaces were a key desirable for this project, with the client also favouring a nod to the coastal setting of the property within the kitchen theme. Design Elements The layout of the final design makes the most of an L-shape run to maximise space, with appliances built-in and integrated to allow the theme of the kitchen to take centre-stage. The theme itself delivers on the coastal design element required with the use of Sea Green furniture. During the design phase a handleless kitchen became the preferred choice for this client, with the design utilising the Segreto option from British supplier Mereway – also chosen because of the vast colour options. Aron has used furniture around an American fridge freezer, whilst incorporating a nice drinks area, complete with wine bottle storage and glazed black feature door fronts. Lighting improvements have also been made as part of the project in the form of undercabinet lighting, downlights in the ceiling and integrated lighting in the feature cupboard. Special Inclusions As a keen cook, appliance choices were an important part of this project for the client. For this reason, high-performance Neff appliances have been utilised with features like Pyrolytic cleaning included in both the Slide & Hide single oven and compact oven. An intuitive Neff induction hob also features in this project. Again, to maintain the theme appliances have been integrated where possible. A dishwasher and telescopic extractor hood are fitted behind Sea Green doors for this reason. Project Highlight Corian work surfaces were a key requirement for this project, with the client enjoying them in their previous kitchen. A subtle light ash option has been chosen for this project, which has also been expertly fabricated in to a seamless 1.5 bowl sink area complete with drainer grooves. The End Result The end result is a wonderful kitchen design that delivers on all the key requirements of the project. Corian surfaces, high-performance appliances and a Sea Green theme tick all the boxes of this project brief. A steel building located in the southeast Wisconsin farming community of East Troy houses a small family-owned business with an international customer base. The guest restroom, conference room, and kitchen needed to reflect the warmth and personality of the owners. We choose to offset the cold steel architecture with extensive use of Alder Wood in the door casings, cabinetry, kitchen soffits, and toe kicks custom made by Graham Burbank of Lakeside Custom Cabinetry, LLC.

Exhibiting characteristics of a modern design, this kitchen is stylish. In general modern designs are adept to minimalism and the general idea is that less is more. It also embraces the extreme accuracy and simplicity. The bright and white background enhances its geometric shapes with clean and sleek lines and surfaces. From the black appliances, to monochromatic furnishings, light and simple tiles to large windows welcoming daylight. Even the decorations are as minimal as possible. Ultra-modern appliances are the usual go to in minimalist designs, however, the customer chose a gas cook-top. But the rest of the appliances are all modern and built in. For instance, the almost invisible ceiling extractor. The cabinets’ fronts are in gloss finish, which reflects the geometric and sleek lines. The option of handle-less minimises the visual information. The cabinetry is also taken to the ceiling for a cleaner environment. The modern worktop with marble veins matches the floor and creates a clean design. The choice of quartz counter-top is durable, easy maintain and is stunning. The almost monochromatic design, creates a clean and uncluttered kitchen. The dark grey, brings presence to the kitchen and is a timeless colour choice, while the high gloss colour increases its impact. In this case, the kitchen is in a large open space and the dark grey makes it dominate the space. For modern designs, the goal is functionality above aesthetics, so usually lighting and decorations are kept to a minimum and as sleek as possible. The customer, in this case, opted for ceiling lights and no drop downs.
