A beautiful barn conversion that underwent a major renovation to be completed with a bespoke handmade kitchen. What we have here is our Classic In-Frame Shaker filling up one wall where the exposed beams are in prime position. This is where the storage is mainly and the sink area with some cooking appliances. The island is very large in size, an L-shape with plenty of storage, worktop space, a seating area, open shelves and a drinks area. A very multi-functional hub of the home perfect for all the family. We hand-painted the cabinets in F&B Down Pipe & F&B Shaded White for a stunning two-tone combination.

STRATFORD KITCHEN A mid-century inspired kitchen, designed for a mid-century house. We love mid-century style, and so when we were approached to design this kitchen for a beautifully revived mid-century villa in Warwickshire, it was a dream commission. Simple, clean cabinetry was brought to life with the gorgeous iroko timber, and the cabinetry sat on a matt black plinth – a classic mid-century detail. A walk-in pantry, lined in single-depth shelving, was framed behind sliding doors glazed with traditional reeded glass. Refrigeration and storage was contained in a long run of tall cabinets, that finished in a mirror-backed bar with integral ice bucket But the show-stealer was a set of bespoke, handmade shelves that screened the kitchen from the hallway in this open plan home. Subtly detailed, like only real furniture-makers can, with traditional jointing and mid-century radiused edges.

One of our favourite projects this year, this handleless Shaker kitchen is painted in Slaked Lime Deep for the main runs of units and Pompeian Ash for the island - both colours by Little Greene. The beautiful book-matched worktops and splashback are a Calacatta quartz.

Our client loved their larder, and it was imperative to create a space for it in the new bespoke kitchen. The corner section in the kitchen was the perfect placement for this; the various depths of shelving and lights inside the larder makes this deep unit user friendly with plenty of storage.

Les espaces ont été repensés pour créer une grande pièce de vie regroupant la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon. Les espaces sont sobres et colorés. Pour optimiser les rangements et mettre en valeur les volumes, le mobilier est sur mesure, il s'intègre parfaitement au style de l'appartement haussmannien.

Handleless and effortlessly chic, this kitchen is a testament to the seamless union of aesthetics and practicality. Each detail is meticulously crafted to create a harmonious culinary space. We also understand that storage is key to a functional kitchen, and we’ve found the perfect balance in this masterpiece. We used a combination of open and closed storage to ensure the essentials are always within reach, while maintaining a clutter-free and organised workspace. But it doesn’t stop there. We maximised the use of large glass doors that open to the garden, inviting natural light to dance across the space and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Adding a touch of artistic flair, we’ve incorporated colourful glass transoms into the design, infusing the space with a playful yet sophisticated charm. Ce projet est un bel exemple de la tendance « nature » repérée au salon Maison & Objet 2020. Ainsi on y retrouve des palettes de couleurs nudes : beige, crème et sable. Autre palette nature, les verts tendres de la salle de bain. Les nuances de vert lichen, d’eau et de sauge viennent ainsi donner de la profondeur et de la douceur à la cabine de douche. Les matériaux bruts sont également au rendez-vous pour accentuer le côté « green » du projet. Le bois sous toutes ses teintes, le terrazzo aux éclats caramels au sol ou encore les fibres tissées au niveau des luminaires. Tous ces éléments font du projet Malte un intérieur zen, une véritable invitation à la détente.
