This 2,500 square-foot home, combines the an industrial-meets-contemporary gives its owners the perfect place to enjoy their rustic 30- acre property. Its multi-level rectangular shape is covered with corrugated red, black, and gray metal, which is low-maintenance and adds to the industrial feel. Encased in the metal exterior, are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and an aging-in-place suite that is made for the in-laws. This home also boasts two garage doors that open up to a sunroom that brings our clients close nature in the comfort of their own home. The flooring is polished concrete and the fireplaces are metal. Still, a warm aesthetic abounds with mixed textures of hand-scraped woodwork and quartz and spectacular granite counters. Farrow & Ball Down Pipe painted oak cabinets in an industrial shaker style showroom kitchen. The island has a polished concrete worktop and open shelving with slatted wood. This L-shaped shaker style kitchen is painted in Farrow & Ball Down Pipe. The Concreto Biscotti worktop and brushed brass splashback add a fun, contemporary twist. The floating oak shelf adds movement through the space while the LED lights and glazed cabinet add light to compensate for lack of natural light. The Classic Belfast under mounted sink and Perrin & Rowe Mayan tap add a touch of tradition to this other contemporary kitchen. Carl Newland

This room was previously a separate kitchen and dining space. By removing the wall int he middle of the room, and spanning abeam the width of the room we were able to create a much more functional great room for these clients. With an industrial feel with brick, exposed beams, pipe and plank details throughout, this space is something a little different. perfect for this family with an open mind and a craving for anything but ordinary.

Limestone tile back splash to the ceiling was the transforming material in this remodel. We also added a metallic laminate to the back of all the glass upper cabinets that repeated the stainless elements. By painting out the base cabinets and leaving the uppers wood~ the marriage between old and new felt seamless.
