Newly designed kitchen in completely remodeled home. Kitchen cabinets are custom made with stainless steel doors and cherry wood frames. Caesarstone table, grey black granite counters, porcelain floors. Backsplash is covered with large grey glass tile. Custom made silver leather sofa. Modern Home Interiors and Exteriors, featuring clean lines, textures, colors and simple design with floor to ceiling windows. Hardwood, slate, and porcelain floors, all natural materials that give a sense of warmth throughout the spaces. Some homes have steel exposed beams and monolith concrete and galvanized steel walls to give a sense of weight and coolness in these very hot, sunny Southern California locations. Kitchens feature built in appliances, and glass backsplashes. Living rooms have contemporary style fireplaces and custom upholstery for the most comfort. Bedroom headboards are upholstered, with most master bedrooms having modern wall fireplaces surounded by large porcelain tiles. Project Locations: Ojai, Santa Barbara, Westlake, California. This apartment was converted into a beautiful studio apartment, just look at this kitchen! This gorgeous blue kitchen with a huge center island brings the place together before you even see anything else. The amazing studio lighting just makes the whole kitchen pop out of the picture like you're actually there!

Something a little different to our usual style, we injected a little glamour into our handmade Decolane kitchen in Upminster, Essex. When the homeowners purchased this property, the kitchen was the first room they wanted to rip out and renovate, but uncertainty about which style to go for held them back, and it was actually the final room in the home to be completed! As the old saying goes, "The best things in life are worth waiting for..." Our Design Team at Burlanes Chelmsford worked closely with Mr & Mrs Kipping throughout the design process, to ensure that all of their ideas were discussed and considered, and that the most suitable kitchen layout and style was designed and created by us, for the family to love and use for years to come.

Electric conduits were run on the original stone wall for electrical sockets and lighting above the worktops and Everhot cooker. Exterior lighting was chosen in a steel finish.

Photography by Eduard Hueber / archphoto North and south exposures in this 3000 square foot loft in Tribeca allowed us to line the south facing wall with two guest bedrooms and a 900 sf master suite. The trapezoid shaped plan creates an exaggerated perspective as one looks through the main living space space to the kitchen. The ceilings and columns are stripped to bring the industrial space back to its most elemental state. The blackened steel canopy and blackened steel doors were designed to complement the raw wood and wrought iron columns of the stripped space. Salvaged materials such as reclaimed barn wood for the counters and reclaimed marble slabs in the master bathroom were used to enhance the industrial feel of the space.

Handmade in our Kent workshop using Tulipwood and oak, and handpainted in Mylands 'Bond Street' with beautiful Silestone Quartz worksurfaces in 'Classic White', our Hoyden kitchen cabinetry is classic and timeless, and was the perfect choice for this galley kitchen.

The Kensington blue kitchen was individually designed and hand made by Tim Wood Ltd. This light and airy contemporary kitchen features Carrara marble worktops and a large central island with a large double French farmhouse sink. One side of the island features a bar area for high stools. The kitchen and its design flow through to the utility room which also has a high microwave oven. This room can be shut off by means of a hidden recessed sliding door.
