Entering this downtown Denver loft, three layered cowhide rugs create a perfectly organic shape and set the foundation for two cognac leather arm chairs. A 13' panel of Silver Eucalyptus (EKD) supports a commissioned painting ("Smoke") Bottom line, it’s a pretty amazing first impression! Without showing you the before photos of this condo, it’s hard to imagine the transformation that took place in just 6 short months. The client wanted a hip, modern vibe to her new home and reached out to San Diego Interior Designer, Rebecca Robeson. Rebecca had a vision for what could be. Rebecca created a 3D model to convey the possibilities… and they were off to the races. The design races that is. Rebecca’s 3D model captured the heart of her new client and the project took off. With only 6 short months to completely gut and transform the space, it was essential Robeson Design connect with the right people in Denver. Rebecca searched HOUZZ for Denver General Contractors. Ryan Coats of Earthwood Custom Remodeling lead a team of highly qualified sub-contractors throughout the project and over the finish line. When transforming this large warehouse into the home base for a security company, it was important to maintain the historic integrity of the building, as well as take security considerations into account. Selections were made to stay within historic preservation guidelines, working around and with existing architectural elements. This led us to finding creative solutions for floor plans and furniture to fit around the original railroad track beams that cut through the walls, as well as fantastic light fixtures that worked around rafters and with the existing wiring. Utilizing what was available, the entry stairway steps were created from original wood beams that were salvaged. The building was empty when the remodel began: gutted, and without a second floor. This blank slate allowed us to fully realize the vision of our client - a 50+ year veteran of the fire department - to reflect a connection with emergency responders, and to emanate confidence and safety. A firepole was installed in the lobby which is now complete with a retired fire truck.

A contemporary home entry with steel front doors. Looking into the foyer, and on beyond to the dining area. A chandelier made with paper clips over the natural stone dining table. The foyer has a silver leather tufted sofa, and the chairs in the dining room are also upholstered in silver. Modern Home Interiors and Exteriors, featuring clean lines, textures, colors and simple design with floor to ceiling windows. Hardwood, slate, and porcelain floors, all natural materials that give a sense of warmth throughout the spaces. Some homes have steel exposed beams and monolith concrete and galvanized steel walls to give a sense of weight and coolness in these very hot, sunny Southern California locations. Kitchens feature built in appliances, and glass backsplashes. Living rooms have contemporary style fireplaces and custom upholstery for the most comfort. Bedroom headboards are upholstered, with most master bedrooms having modern wall fireplaces surounded by large porcelain tiles. Project Locations: Ojai, Santa Barbara, Westlake, California. Photography & Art exhibition "you are beautiful" presented by the YYO Foundation showcases China's young photography talent during Shanghai fashion week. Open expanses and industrial chic blends with the clean line form of the Ambient Lounge Twin Ottoman. The structured form of the ottomans shape to enhance the art and the neutrality of fabric doesn't overpower the beautiful photographic surrounds so that focus stays on the art. YYO Foundation

Brandler London were employed to carry out the conversion of an old hop warehouse in Southwark Bridge Road. The works involved a complete demolition of the interior with removal of unstable floors, roof and additional structural support being installed. The structural works included the installation of new structural floors, including an additional one, and new staircases of various types throughout. A new roof was also installed to the structure. The project also included the replacement of all existing MEP (mechanical, electrical & plumbing), fire detection and alarm systems and IT installations. New boiler and heating systems were installed as well as electrical cabling, mains distribution and sub-distribution boards throughout. The fit out decorative flooring, ceilings, walls and lighting as well as complete decoration throughout. The existing windows were kept in place but were repaired and renovated prior to the installation of an additional double glazing system behind them. A roof garden complete with decking and a glass and steel balustrade system and including planting, a hot tub and furniture. The project was completed within nine months from the commencement of works on site.

Front entry lobby to Evoqua (Siemens Inc.) Lowell, MA headquarters. The idea was to bring in the feel of Lowell's Industrial Revolution through black and white photographs of the waterways and canals of Lowell. Also to depict the working mills during Lowell's Industrial revolution. Main walls were painted in Benjamin Moore's Lenox Tan with accent walls painted in Benjamin Moore's Silver Pine. Inspired by concrete skate parks, this family home in rural Lewes was featured in Grand Designs. Our brief was to inject colour and texture to offset the cold concrete surfaces of the property. Within the walls of this architectural wonder, we created bespoke soft furnishings and specified iconic contemporary furniture, adding warmth to the industrial interior.
