This office is located just off the foyer of this town home, making it very visible to visitors. The wall of cabinets is an easy hideaway place for monthly paper flurries. Of course, the zebra rugs takes attention away from any mess on the desk!

Our Carmel design-build studio was tasked with organizing our client’s basement and main floor to improve functionality and create spaces for entertaining. In the basement, the goal was to include a simple dry bar, theater area, mingling or lounge area, playroom, and gym space with the vibe of a swanky lounge with a moody color scheme. In the large theater area, a U-shaped sectional with a sofa table and bar stools with a deep blue, gold, white, and wood theme create a sophisticated appeal. The addition of a perpendicular wall for the new bar created a nook for a long banquette. With a couple of elegant cocktail tables and chairs, it demarcates the lounge area. Sliding metal doors, chunky picture ledges, architectural accent walls, and artsy wall sconces add a pop of fun. On the main floor, a unique feature fireplace creates architectural interest. The traditional painted surround was removed, and dark large format tile was added to the entire chase, as well as rustic iron brackets and wood mantel. The moldings behind the TV console create a dramatic dimensional feature, and a built-in bench along the back window adds extra seating and offers storage space to tuck away the toys. In the office, a beautiful feature wall was installed to balance the built-ins on the other side. As you step into the newly designed Library, you'll notice the floor to ceiling storage that lines the walls. The adjustable shelving offers an excellent storage solution for books of all sizes, ensuring that no book is left without a home. The motion sensor lighting lights up the room as you move around, making it easy to find what you're looking for. The room has a welcoming and cosy atmosphere, perfect for browsing.

The bespoke alcove bookcase stretches the four metres up to the ceiling, with some closed practical storage at the base. Sofas and an armchair were re-used from my client's previous home and paired with the dark walls to give a cosy members club atmosphere. The walls, ceiling, skirting boards and door were all painted in Hague Blue to help create the warm atmosphere.

This luxurious interior tells a story of more than a modern condo building in the heart of Philadelphia. It unfolds to reveal layers of history through Persian rugs, a mix of furniture styles, and has unified it all with an unexpected color story. The palette for this riverfront condo is grounded in natural wood textures and green plants that allow for a playful tension that feels both fresh and eclectic in a metropolitan setting. The high-rise unit boasts a long terrace with a western exposure that we outfitted with custom Lexington outdoor furniture distinct in its finishes and balance between fun and sophistication.

Wray in the Colorado Rockies. 4500 square feet of living space with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and large common areas, decks, and outdoor living space make it perfect to enjoy the outdoors then get cozy next to the fireplace and the warmth of the logs.

The Home Office serves as a multi-purpose space for a desk as well as library. The built-in shelves and window seat make a cozy space (for the dog too!) with gorgeous blue finish on cabinetry, doors and trim.
