Les propriétaires ont hérité de cette maison de campagne datant de l'époque de leurs grands parents et inhabitée depuis de nombreuses années. Outre la dimension affective du lieu, il était difficile pour eux de se projeter à y vivre puisqu'ils n'avaient aucune idée des modifications à réaliser pour améliorer les espaces et s'approprier cette maison. La conception s'est faite en douceur et à été très progressive sur de longs mois afin que chacun se projette dans son nouveau chez soi. Je me suis sentie très investie dans cette mission et j'ai beaucoup aimé réfléchir à l'harmonie globale entre les différentes pièces et fonctions puisqu'ils avaient à coeur que leur maison soit aussi idéale pour leurs deux enfants. Caractéristiques de la décoration : inspirations slow life dans le salon et la salle de bain. Décor végétal et fresques personnalisées à l'aide de papier peint panoramiques les dominotiers et photowall. Tapisseries illustrées uniques. A partir de matériaux sobres au sol (carrelage gris clair effet béton ciré et parquet massif en bois doré) l'enjeu à été d'apporter un univers à chaque pièce à l'aide de couleurs ou de revêtement muraux plus marqués : Vert / Verte / Tons pierre / Parement / Bois / Jaune / Terracotta / Bleu / Turquoise / Gris / Noir ... Il y a en a pour tout les gouts dans cette maison !

Glossy structures, in wood or melamine accompanied by tops in glass, wood or leather, make this executive office of particular elegance. The other side of the breakfast room addition is a home office. The wall cabinet to the left stores a printer and office supplies. Abundant windows and an historically accurate transom window over the door bring in a flood of natural light. A Central West End home in the City of St. Louis now has a breakfast addition and porch that tastefully compliments the original architecture from 1892. Outside, the brick, cedar and wrought iron back porch reaches out to both the in-ground swimming pool and the driveway. Inside, the sunroom is a combination breakfast nook with banquette seating and a home office. Built-in furniture is how the room accommodates multiple functions while feeling spacious. En esta casa pareada hemos reformado siguiendo criterios de eficiencia energética y sostenibilidad. Aplicando soluciones para aislar el suelo, las paredes y el techo, además de puertas y ventanas. Así conseguimos que no se pierde frío o calor y se mantiene una temperatura agradable sin necesidad de aires acondicionados. También hemos reciclado bigas, ladrillos y piedra original del edificio como elementos decorativos. La casa de Cobi es un ejemplo de bioarquitectura, eficiencia energética y de cómo podemos contribuir a revertir los efectos del cambio climático.

the underground home office has a view through an insulated glass door to the underground wine storage room, which is temperature controlled for optimum wine life.

Located on an extraordinary hillside site above the San Fernando Valley, the Sherman Residence was designed to unite indoors and outdoors. The house is made up of as a series of board-formed concrete, wood and glass pavilions connected via intersticial gallery spaces that together define a central courtyard. From each room one can see the rich and varied landscape, which includes indigenous large oaks, sycamores, “working” plants such as orange and avocado trees, palms and succulents. Home office is a bright space from the perimeter of windows letting in all of the natural light. height and visual interest form the interior ceiling lines tied together offers spectacular lines. The space is warmed up with the natural slate flooring which has radiant floor hot water heating. The once exterior chimney was cleaned up to expose the beautiful brick.
