This year’s Designer Showhouse was another great opportunity to give back to our Montecito community while showcasing our work as a fully integrated interior design studio. This time around, we participated in the first Home & Garden Designer Showcase by creating the lounge, bar area, and powder room of a nearly 6,000 square foot home in the neighborhood. The beautiful MARIA LAURA table from our SORELLA furniture line provides a joyful centerpiece to the seating area and shows how flexible and outside-the-box our furniture designs can be. The distinct piano bench, also one of our designs, gives the space a sophisticated touch, and pillows from our MB Home Collection provide a perfect complement to the plush chairs. All of the staging and décor accessories are from louis + rocco, our home decor styling rental business. Project designed by Montecito interior designer Margarita Bravo. This 3,900 square foot Spanish style home was built by Sitterle Homes and designed with high ceilings, natural lighting, unique wall coverings, and contemporary interiors to show off a nice clean appeal throughout. The second floor covered balcony, large piano room and bar are just two of the many alluring areas one can forget about it all. Multiple outdoor living areas beautifully compliment a terraced rear yard design. The spacious kitchen and great room are ideal for entertaining large gatherings while the walk-thru shower of the master bathroom offer escapes resembling a trip to the spa. The distinction of style adds to the collective architectural beauty that make up the prestigious Inverness neighborhood. Located in North-central San Antonio, this three-bedroom house is only minutes from large parks, convenient shopping, healthy dining, and the Medical Center.

This basement renovation involved installing Medallion Lancaster Frappe cabinetry in the bar area. On the countertop is Dolomite-Pietra Caravino granite with a leather finish. Also installed: A Miseno Apronfront stainless steel sink and a Moen chrome Arbor bar faucet, 3 Hinkley Linear pendant lights and a new pool table light. New basement stairs were installed using Kraus Landmark 5” plank floor whistle stop color and a new custom barn door. On the floor is Enstyle Culbres wide – Inglewood Luxury Vinyl Tile.
