A modern update to this condo built in 1966 with a gorgeous view of Emigration Canyon in Salt Lake City. White conversion varnish finish on maple raised panel doors. Counter top is Brass Blue granite with mitered edge and large waterfall end. Walnut floating shelf. and under cabinet wine refrigerator.

An eclectic, modern media room with bold accents of black metals, natural woods, and terra cotta tile floors. We wanted to design a fresh and modern hangout spot for these clients, whether they’re hosting friends or watching the game, this entertainment room had to fit every occasion. We designed a full home bar, which looks dashing right next to the wooden accent wall and foosball table. The sitting area is full of luxe seating, with a large gray sofa and warm brown leather arm chairs. Additional seating was snuck in via black metal chairs that fit seamlessly into the built-in desk and sideboard table (behind the sofa).... In total, there is plenty of seats for a large party, which is exactly what our client needed. Lastly, we updated the french doors with a chic, modern black trim, a small detail that offered an instant pick-me-up. The black trim also looks effortless against the black accents. Front view of the bar cabinet with aluminum framed frosted glass. LED's on the inside give this cabinet a pop. No visible hardware - just the touch of a finger is all it takes to pop these doors open.

This was an outdated kitchen that lacked function. It was an U-shape with a small island and the refrigerator was out of the kitchen. We duplicated the beam in the family room when we opened the kitchen. Because the home is on the water, with lots of windows we decided to get a brushed finish on the granite to minimize glare. Another feature in this kitchen is the under cabinet and toekick lighting for safety, since the kitchen footprint was dramatically changed. Added a bar area with an undermount sink and dual temperature, lockable wine cooler. We added a 12 foot center opening slider in the family room and extended the deck.
