This modern farmhouse showcases our studio’s signature style of uniting California-cool style with Midwestern traditional. Double islands in the kitchen offer loads of counter space and can function as dining and workstations. The black-and-white palette lends a modern vibe to the setup. A sleek bar adjacent to the kitchen flaunts open shelves and wooden cabinetry that allows for stylish entertaining. This multi-purpose space serves as the Entry from the Garage (primary access for homeowners), Mudroom, and Butler's Pantry. The full-height cabinet provides additional needed storage, as well as broom-closet and pantry space. The gorgeous blue cabinets are paired with the large slate-colored tile on the floor. The countertop is continuous through to the kitchen, through the grocery pass-through to the kitchen counter on the other side of the wall. A coat closed is included, as well.

An eclectic, modern media room with bold accents of black metals, natural woods, and terra cotta tile floors. We wanted to design a fresh and modern hangout spot for these clients, whether they’re hosting friends or watching the game, this entertainment room had to fit every occasion. We designed a full home bar, which looks dashing right next to the wooden accent wall and foosball table. The sitting area is full of luxe seating, with a large gray sofa and warm brown leather arm chairs. Additional seating was snuck in via black metal chairs that fit seamlessly into the built-in desk and sideboard table (behind the sofa).... In total, there is plenty of seats for a large party, which is exactly what our client needed. Lastly, we updated the french doors with a chic, modern black trim, a small detail that offered an instant pick-me-up. The black trim also looks effortless against the black accents. Our studio designed this luxury home by incorporating the house's sprawling golf course views. This resort-like home features three stunning bedrooms, a luxurious master bath with a freestanding tub, a spacious kitchen, a stylish formal living room, a cozy family living room, and an elegant home bar. We chose a neutral palette throughout the home to amplify the bright, airy appeal of the home. The bedrooms are all about elegance and comfort, with soft furnishings and beautiful accessories. We added a grey accent wall with geometric details in the bar area to create a sleek, stylish look. The attractive backsplash creates an interesting focal point in the kitchen area and beautifully complements the gorgeous countertops.
