Landmark Remodeling partnered on us with this basement project in Minnetonka. Long-time, returning clients wanted a family hang out space, equipped with a fireplace, wet bar, bathroom, workout room and guest bedroom. They loved the idea of adding value to their home, but loved the idea of having a place for their boys to go with friends even more. We used the luxury vinyl plank from their main floor for continuity, as well as navy influences that we have incorporated around their home so far, this time in the cabinetry and vanity. A Clawson Architects Clawson Cabinets Collaboration--Breeze by Woodharbor for Clawson Cabinets in Hale Navy Blue were used to create this custom bar. The same great quality, 100 year warrantee and finish at a more attainable price point. Custom panels for integrated undercounter ice maker and undercounter beverage refrigerator. Lights by Circa Lighting, Smoke mirror, steel piping with glass shelves were designed by Clawson Architects for this project. Clawson Architects also added the new New sliding doors to the patio creating a more gracious flow for indoor outdoor party flow.

A once used office was turned into Kevin and Jessica’s stylish dry bar. This area was being used as a storage room and they wanted to entertain in style. A connoisseur of beverages, Kevin wanted to spotlight several of his prized bottles as conversation starters. We started out by doing a desired analysis. They wanted the room to feel comfortable and less formal. A place that they could walk into and feel relaxed. The cabinets chosen were a shaker style and the color called Denim. Truly a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The custom header at the top completes the install by allowing our craftsman to highlight the beauty of the wood. We installed two natural stained shelves to compliment the blue and the brass finished sconce lighting. The exposed bulbed fixtures elevates the pub experience. The backsplash is called Cassettone from the Tile Shop, which pairs nicely with the Montenegro Quartz Countertop from Arizona Tile. As a team, we enjoyed working with Kevin & Jessica from the beginning to completing the project. We are happy that they are highly pleased with the outcome.

The pantry on the right was purchased at an architectural salvage warehouse and painted the same color as the new custom cabinets for a seamless transition.

We completely replaced the cabinetry and countertops for a cohesive flow throughout the front of the house, incorporating a new wine fridge.

With an elegant bar on one side and a cozy fireplace on the other, this sitting room is sure to keep guests happy and entertained. Custom cabinetry and mantel, Neolith counter top and fireplace surround, and shiplap accents finish this room.

We created a parlor for home entertaining where an unused formal living room used to sit. Now this area can be used to socialize with friends and family after a meal in the adjacent dining space. Relaxing and inviting and functional.
