Refreshed home bar: Removed green tile facade and added ledger stone, live edge wood countertop, quartz countertop and foot rest, painted existing cabinetry, installed new beverage refrigerator, wrapped columns with reclaimed barnwood, paint and furnishings

This home's renovation included a new kitchen. Some features are custom cabinetry, a new appliance package, a dry bar, and a custom built-in table. This project also included a dry bar.

This small bar area is tucked away beside the main family room and right off the door to the backyard pool area. White cabinets, engineered carrara quartz countertop, basketweave carrara backsplash and brass accents give this bar area and updated and fresh look. The wine refrigerator and sink make this small area very functional.

RAISING TH BAR. The project started with tearing out the existing flooring and crown molding (thin plank, oak flooring and carpet combo that did not fit with their personal style) and adding in this beautiful wide plank espresso colored hardwood to create a more modern, updated look. Next, a shelf to display the liquor collection and a bar high enough to fit their kegerator within. The bar is loaded with all the amenities: tall bar tops, bar seating, open display shelving and feature lighting. Pretty much the perfect place to entertain and celebrate the weekends. Paul Grdina- http://paulgrdinaphoto.photoshelter.com/ What started out as a kitchen reno grew into a main floor renovation very quickly. The living room at the front of this house was relatively unused as it was awkwardly accessed near the front door away from the kitchen/living area. To solve this we opened up the walls creating a large staircase to the now connected living room. Laundry moved downstairs just off the garage and the family room was also given an update. The kitchen, the start of this whole endeavour was beautifully redone with a substantially larger island with seating. Exterior door and windows in the back were moved and made large which allows for more light, and in this case a large kitchen perimeter for this family that loves to entertain.

Cabinets: Kemp Cabinetry, Shaker style in a Maple custom color 0846-1690. Glass Cabinets: Waterglass. Hardware: Top Knobs, Barrington Channing Cup Pulls and Pulls in Honey Bronze. Backsplash: Soho Studio, Reflection Arctic Glam Superwhite Frosted Glass with Inverted Beveled Mirror in a herringbone pattern. Grout: Tec, Silverado. Countertops: Cambria quartz in Mayfair with an eased edge. Sink: Blanco, Diamond Metallic Gray Silgranit Undermount Sink.

We created a keeping room/bar for this client. Added circle mullions on upper cabinets for a focal point and painted back of the see thru glass cabinets gray to match the islands. Comfy chairs with a touch of blush to add some color to this neutral palette.

Pantry / furniture piece including wine storage. Backsplash is slate porcelain 6x6 tile with an accent border. To floating display shelves lit from the valance up above.
