Nos clients, une famille avec 3 enfants, ont fait l'acquisition de ce bien avec une jolie surface de type loft (200 m²). Cependant, ce dernier manquait de personnalité et il était nécessaire de créer de belles liaisons entre les différents étages afin d'obtenir un tout cohérent et esthétique. ⁠ ⁠ Nos équipes, en collaboration avec @charlotte_fequet, ont travaillé des tons pastel, camaïeux de bleus afin de créer une continuité et d’amener le ciel bleu à l’intérieur. ⁠ ⁠ Pour le sol du RDC, nous avons coulé du béton ciré @okre.eu afin d'accentuer le côté loft tout en réduisant les coûts de dépose parquet. Néanmoins, pour les pièces à l'étage, un nouveau parquet a été posé pour plus de chaleur. ⁠ ⁠ Au RDC, la chambre parentale a été remplacée par une cuisine. Elle s'ouvre à présent sur le salon, la salle à manger ainsi que la terrasse. La nouvelle cuisine offre à la fois un côté doux avec ses caissons peints en Biscuit vert (@ressource_peintures) et un côté graphique grâce à ses suspensions @celinewrightparis et ses deux verrières sur mesure. ⁠ ⁠ Ce côté graphique est également présent dans les SDB avec des carreaux de ciments signés @mosaic.factory. On y retrouve des choix avant-gardistes à l'instar des carreaux de ciments créés en collaboration avec Valentine Bärg ou encore ceux issus de la collection "Forma".⁠ ⁠ Des menuiseries sur mesure viennent embellir le loft tout en le rendant plus fonctionnel. Dans le salon, les rangements sous l'escalier et la banquette ; le salon TV où nos équipes ont fait du semi sur mesure avec des caissons @ikeafrance ; les verrières de la SDB et de la cuisine ; ou encore cette somptueuse bibliothèque qui vient structurer le couloir

Der Eingangsbereich Deines Zuhauses ist das erste was Dich beim Hereinkommen erwartet. Dein Flur soll Dich Willkommen heißen und Dir direkt das Gefühl von "Zuhause angekommen" auslösen. Die Kombination von Eiche und Weiß wirkt sowohl modern als auch freundlich und frisch. Durch den maßgefertigten Einbauschrank bis unter die Decke des Dachgeschosses hat alles seinen Platz und die Stauraum-Problematik gehört der Vergangenheit an.

La entrada al living está justo al lado del dormitorio principal, desde donde se adivinan las fantásticas vistas a las playas del paseo marítimo de Sitges. En este espacio entre ambas entradas, destaca una escultura en bronce que descansa sobre un pie en forja, perteneciente a la colección privada de arte de mis clientes.

This commercial space needed an entire redo. The space was previously used for a theater improve space but has been turned into offices. From completely new carpeting to fresh paint and an added kitchen, this project looks brand new.

La scelta dei materiali ha voluto enfatizzare il contrasto tra l’anima antica e quella contemporanea dell’appartamento: il pavimento in cotto a spina di pesce del piano inferiore di colore grigio e le tavole di rovere al piano superiore.

Carefully orientated and sited on the edge of small plateau this house looks out across the rolling countryside of North Canterbury. The 3-bedroom rural family home is an exemplar of simplicity done with care and precision. Tucked in alongside a private limestone quarry with cows grazing in the distance the choice of materials are intuitively natural and implemented with bare authenticity. Oiled random width cedar weatherboards are contemporary and rustic, the polished concrete floors with exposed aggregate tie in wonderfully to the adjacent limestone cliffs, and the clean folded wall to roof, envelopes the building from the sheltered south to the amazing views to the north. Designed to portray purity of form the outer metal surface provides enclosure and shelter from the elements, while its inner face is a continuous skin of hoop pine timber from inside to out. The hoop pine linings bend up the inner walls to form the ceiling and then soar continuous outward past the full height glazing to become the outside soffit. The bold vertical lines of the panel joins are strongly expressed aligning with windows and jambs, they guild the eye up and out so as you step in through the sheltered Southern entrances the landscape flows out in front of you. Every detail required careful thought in design and craft in construction. As two simple boxes joined by a glass link, a house that sits so beautifully in the landscape was deceptively challenging, and stands as a credit to our client passion for their new home & the builders craftsmanship to see it though, it is a end result we are all very proud to have been a part of.

Die Flureinrichtung dieses Hauses besteht aus Sideboards und einem Garderobenschrank. Die Möbel sind aus Nussbaum Massivholz und weiß matt lackierten Oberflächen konstruiert. Die Treppenstufen sind auf die Möbel abgestimmt.

Continuando por el pasillo dejamos detrás de nosotros la cocina, y nos acercamos a la entrada de la suite y el living. Si miramos un momento hacia atrás contemplamos un precioso “collage”, ubicado en la pared del distribuidor frente a la entrada de la cocina, donde se exponen retratos y fotografías en blanco y negro, mezcladas con iconos y retazos de su vida. Toda la escena está iluminada a través de luminarias técnicas instaladas en el techo, down lights modelo Dot Square Tilt de Arkos Light en 2700K, para crear ambientes cálidos pero luminosos.
