Im Zuge der hochwertigen Sanierung der Altbauvilla wurde sowohl das Wohnhaus als auch das Schwimmbad umfassend umgestaltet und modernisiert, die Gebäudetechnik für Villa und Indoor-Pool gesamtheitlich erneuert. In den Pool führt eine neue Treppenanlage. Sie lädt zum Verweilen ein, lässt aber auch genügend Raum, um sportlich Bahnen schwimmen zu können. Die Lichtgestaltung bietet für verschiedene Stimmungen und Anforderungen vielfältige Schalt-Möglichkeiten: das Foto zeigt die indirekte Beleuchtung an den Wänden und im Deckenfeld über dem Schwimmbecken. Zusätzliche Einbau-Strahler entlang der Wege und Verweilinseln bieten brillantes Licht in entspannter Atmosphäre. Die reine Pool-Beleuchtung an der Treppenanlage und den Seitenwänden des Schwimmbeckens schafft Urlaubsatmosphäre: sie verwandelt das Wasser in helles Blau (das Fotos zeigt nur die indirekte Beleuchtung).
