What a transformation! From dated kitchen to modernized farm house! We cleaned this space up with a combination of shaker white painted cabinetry and onyx stained island. The luxurious center piece of Cambria Quartz on the island is off-set by the honed perimeter countertops pull this space together by combining colors from the rock fireplace, slate floors and chevron marble backsplash.

This project was Lars’ second time working with this wonderful Chula Vista family and when they contacted us with their ideas about what they wanted to accomplish in their home, we knew it was going to be special. The star of the show is this stunning kitchen with a massive island. Every detail was thought of and carefully crafted to blend seamlessly with the architecture of the home and how this family lives within it. Gorgeous off-white cabinetry paired with rich wood accents and flooring, custom made panels with intricate mirror detailing to conceal the SUBZERO/Wolf refrigerator and freezer, a built in wet bar to house an extensive whiskey collection, tile painstakingly set to capture each and every curve while flowing perfectly with the crown moulding, and a pantry that could easily rival The Home Edit stocked with every imaginable SUBZERO/Wolf countertop appliance and dual steam ovens. The large open concept space that flows into the living room was reconfigured to replace and center a large fireplace that features a direct-vent set up and stunning stone surround with custom built-ins flanking either side. New wood flooring throughout the downstairs features a classic herringbone pattern that gives special interest to a long hallway, while a new stair railing was custom designed with intricate detail to mirror an existing window design detail. The end result is stunning and we are so thrilled that this wonderful family will make memories in this home for years to come.

By combining aspects of the original kitchen and dining area with new light gray and white paint, updated cabinetry, slate gray stainless steel appliances and custom lighting created this charming Farmhouse/Country design. Prep and plate meals on the beautiful Cambria Berwyn Quartz countertops. Use the gas stove-top without concern thanks to the new Vent hood blower. Need to plug in? Use anyone of the numerous electric outlets along the original brick half wall. Reach up into the white shaker style cabinets to ceiling for dishware. Wash produce in the large farm sink and look out the picture window, with shiplap made of painted cedar wood, to see the occasional bird or woodland animal. Move across the random width oak hardwood floors over to the Heron Blue Island with butcher block and take a seat on the bar stools to enjoy your meal. Look up to see the fine dishware on display in the upper glass lighted cabinets. The room is illuminated by West Nine Vintage Industrial Work Lights on pulley along with strategic recessed lighting to keep the cozy atmosphere.

Our clients wanted the ultimate modern farmhouse custom dream home. They found property in the Santa Rosa Valley with an existing house on 3 ½ acres. They could envision a new home with a pool, a barn, and a place to raise horses. JRP and the clients went all in, sparing no expense. Thus, the old house was demolished and the couple’s dream home began to come to fruition. The result is a simple, contemporary layout with ample light thanks to the open floor plan. When it comes to a modern farmhouse aesthetic, it’s all about neutral hues, wood accents, and furniture with clean lines. Every room is thoughtfully crafted with its own personality. Yet still reflects a bit of that farmhouse charm. Their considerable-sized kitchen is a union of rustic warmth and industrial simplicity. The all-white shaker cabinetry and subway backsplash light up the room. All white everything complimented by warm wood flooring and matte black fixtures. The stunning custom Raw Urth reclaimed steel hood is also a star focal point in this gorgeous space. Not to mention the wet bar area with its unique open shelves above not one, but two integrated wine chillers. It’s also thoughtfully positioned next to the large pantry with a farmhouse style staple: a sliding barn door. The master bathroom is relaxation at its finest. Monochromatic colors and a pop of pattern on the floor lend a fashionable look to this private retreat. Matte black finishes stand out against a stark white backsplash, complement charcoal veins in the marble looking countertop, and is cohesive with the entire look. Perimeter cabinets are in the style Nevada and painted in White Chocolate on Maple, while the island cabinetry is a stained maple in Steelhead. Permieter countertop is MSI quartz in Fossil Gray matte, the island is Cambria quartz in Britannica Warm matte, and the backsplash is Tierra Sol Portobello Novana Crema in a 6x12.

This unique farmhouse style kitchen in Palmdale CA has a gorgeous one of a kind look that just takes the homeowner's breath away. Using classic shaker cabinets, a farmhouse sink, black fixtures, subway tile backsplash and warm yellow walls, this kitchen is ready to rock!

By removing a wall between the kitchen and great room and relocating the entrance into the kitchen from the hallway we created an open concept kitchen with large island and better traffic flow.
