We are excited to share our latest project a Modern Farmhouse. Our client loves East Coast style this was fun to create with the best bones we had to just select phenomenal materials to make this space look fantastic! Center stage is this great window with a view of a backyard oasis. The cabinetry is special and unique with doors that you can’t find everywhere. Take a close look at the details!! We blocked out the corner of the kitchen where the subzero refrigerator freezer is located to create a space for the pullout pantries that are located on each side of the ref/freezer. It is a design element but I prefer to cover the dishwasher to have an uninterrupted are that makes the sink a focal point. This kitchen sink is a native trails concrete farm sink which pairs perfectly with the caesarstone rugged concrete countertop. Custom made hood with charred wood that is the perfect accent to a subway tile that has rustic elements. In the center is a 36" wolf range, off to the left finishing out this kitchen is a steam unit. Authentic natural maple hardwood flooring. Partially stained wood and painted cream custom cabinets for contrast and definition. The spacious kitchen island made of Vicostone Carrara honed Quartz is attached to the dining table. White fireclay farmhouse sink. Premium JennAir appliances. Finished with cream faux leather dining chairs and farmhouse decor.

This kitchen was completely remodeled. The space was a full gut down to the studs and sub floors. The biggest challenge in the space was reorienting the layout to accommodate an island, larger appliances and leveling the space. The floors were more than a few inches out of level. We also turned a U-shaped kitchen with a peninsula into an L-shape with and island and relocated the sink to create a more open, eat-in area. An additional area that was taken into consideration was the half bathroom just off the kitchen. Originally the bathroom opened up directly into the kitchen creating a break in the circulation. The toilet was rotated 180 degrees and flipped the bathroom to the other side of the area allowing the door to open and close without interfering with meal prep. Three of the most important design features include the bold navy blue cabinets, professional appliances and modern material selection including matte brass hardware and fixtures (FAUCET, POT FILLER, PENDANTS ETC…), Herringbone backsplash, tile and white marble countertops.
