Angie Schwab Interiors LLCRedesigning the bar improves the flow with the rest of the basement allowing for easy access in and out of the bar. This beautiful table was custom made from reclaimed wood and serves as a buffet space, game table, dining table, or a spot to sit and have a drink.
Instead of having a flooring change from carpet and to tile, this wood-look luxury vinyl plank was installed. The flow is improved and the space feels larger.
The main finishes are neutral with a mix of rustic, traditional, and coastal styles. The painted cabinetry contrasts nicely with the stained table and flooring. Pops of blue are seen in the accessories.

TLN INTERIORSBelieve it or not, there was a wet bar in the exact same space, but it looked very dated, took up far too much real estate, and didn't match our client's style. So, we stripped it back. Instead of an enclosed cubical where you play bartender for the guests, there is a much smaller and more comfortable installment.
Four Elements ConstructionThis is our very first Four Elements remodel show home! We started with a basic spec-level early 2000s walk-out bungalow, and transformed the interior into a beautiful modern farmhouse style living space with many custom features. The floor plan was also altered in a few key areas to improve livability and create more of an open-concept feel. Check out the shiplap ceilings with Douglas fir faux beams in the kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom. And a new coffered ceiling in the front entry contrasts beautifully with the custom wood shelving above the double-sided fireplace. Highlights in the lower level include a unique under-stairs custom wine & whiskey bar and a new home gym with a glass wall view into the main recreation area.
TLN INTERIORSthe middle ground. While the elements are basically the same as those used in the kitchen, the execution is different. There are white subway tiles, but the kitchen has matte ones while these are glossy and beveled. The cabinets here are the same shade as the kitchen island. The counters, hardware, and fixtures are the same finish, but the floating shelves are much lighter. The space feels like it belongs without losing its personality, which is exactly what we were aiming for.
