The A5s is Glo’s slimmest profile, allowing for more glass, less frame, and wider sightlines. The concealed hinge creates a clean interior look while also providing a more energy-efficient air-tight window. The increased performance is also seen in the triple pane glazing used in both series. The windows and doors alike provide a larger continuous thermal break, multiple air seals, high-performance spacers, Low-E glass, and argon filled glazing, with U-values as low as 0.20. Energy efficiency and effortless minimalism create a breathtaking Scandinavian-style remodel.

This warm Hemlock walls home finished with a Sherwin Williams lacquer sealer for durability in this modern style cabin has a masonry double sided fireplace as its focal point. Large Marvin windows and patio doors with transoms allow a full glass wall for lake viewing. Built in wood cubbie in the stone fireplace.

This small cottage had extremely low ceilings with very little light. The knotty pine walls and trim throughout made this space feel even smaller than its footprint. The decision was made to vault the existing ceiling.

Vous avez déjà acheté sur plan? C'est comme faire une dégustation à l'aveugle. Vous savez que vous avez mangé/acheté quelque chose, mais vous ne savez pas très bien quoi. Alors le jour de la remise des clés, le fait de voir l'appartement complètement vide peut être vraiment déstabilisant. C'est dans ce contexte que notre client a fait appel à nous pour aménager, meubler et décorer son appartement de 32m² à Clamart (92140). Il fallait rapidement aménager cet appartement mais surtout en optimiser les rangements. La pièce de vie était un vrai challenge. Puisque dans 15m², il fallait mettre : un salon, une cuisine et la possibilité de recevoir/prendre des repas pour 4 personnes, même si le client vit seul. C'est pour cette raison que le meuble TV, dans le prolongement de la cuisine, a été placé à une hauteur d'assise et peut servir de banquette. La table d'appoint, à côté du canapé, est un tabouret détourné qui pourra également accueillir un convive en cas de besoin. Et la table basse du salon possède un plateau relevable et se transforme en table à dîner pour 4 à 6 convives. Le tout, dans une petite surface, c'est de multiplier les meubles multifonctions afin de s'adapter aux différents moments de vie.

Bringing new life to this 1970’s condo with a clean lined modern mountain aesthetic. Tearing out the existing walls in this condo left us with a blank slate and the ability to create an open and inviting living environment. Our client wanted a clean easy living vibe to help take them away from their everyday big city living. The new design has three bedrooms, one being a first floor master suite with steam shower, a large mud/gear room and plenty of space to entertain acres guests.

A small living area was broken up into areas for dining and watching tv. All rooms connect to the tropical rain forest beyond the walls.

The Family Room included a sofa, coffee table, and piano that the family wanted to keep. We wanted to ensure that this space worked with higher volumes of foot traffic, more frequent use, and of course… the occasional spills. We used an indoor/outdoor rug that is soft underfoot and brought in the beautiful coastal aquas and blues with it. A sturdy oak cabinet atop brass metal legs makes for an organized place to stash games, art supplies, and toys to keep the family room neat and tidy, while still allowing for a space to live. Even the remotes and video game controllers have their place. Behind the media stand is a feature wall, done by our contractor per our design, which turned out phenomenally! It features an exaggerated and unique diamond pattern. We love to design spaces that are just as functional, as they are beautiful.
