Aside from providing the perfect getaway & entertainment mecca for their large family, this couple planned their forever home thoughtfully by adding square footage to accommodate single-level living. Sunrises are now magical from their first-floor master suite, luxury bath with soaker tub and laundry room, all with a view! Growing older will be more enjoyable with sleeping quarters, laundry and bath just steps from one another. With walls removed, utilities updated, a gas fireplace installed, and plentiful built-ins added, the sun-filled kitchen/dining/living combination eases entertaining and makes for a happy hang-out. The family room was updated with custom faux finishes on the walls and fireplace mantel, the sectional was found local, pillows custom, the ottoman was reupholstered in a genuine cowhide and the rug is a current production item. What brought this room together was how the drapery panels turned out ... I'm crazy about them!! Great inexpensive fabric find off the bolt and then added a jute ribbon and tassle trim which was a bit pricy $$$ but doing so made the drapes and room look magnificent! All the florals were custom. The bar stools were custom designed and feature men's sport coats on the exterior and leather seats. The porthole bar is functional and interesting.

This transitional style kitchen, dining room and family room renovation included designing an open concept floor plan that would accommodate a growing family. The two-toned kitchen and dining room include white shaker kitchen cabinets with a gray shaker custom home beverage station. Beautiful furnishings and décor in light neutral colors are used throughout to ensure all the living spaces blend perfectly.

This 80's style Mediterranean Revival house was modernized to fit the needs of a bustling family. The home was updated from a choppy and enclosed layout to an open concept, creating connectivity for the whole family. Here is a transformation first floor renovation where we surgically removed both structural and non-structural walls to give new life to this cape cod home in Parsippany, NJ. With a request to provide more natural light, an open living plan and functional Kitchen, we delivered this fresh space with multiple view points and access to light from each direction. The space feels double its actual size.

Introducing cabinetry and floating shelves from the R. D. Henry Heartland line took this fireplace area from mediocre to marvelous! The Alder wood with Cornerstone stain and a midnight frost glaze is warm and classic. Under the Lincolnshire quartz counter by Cambria is a hidden wine cooler and also a bottle pullout drawer. The contemporary raised hearth is Fossil Brown quartz from MSI and the stone is Dry Stack Colorado Canyon Pencil.
