This custom home utilized an artist's eye, as one of the owners is a painter. The details in this home were inspired! From the fireplace and mirror design in the living room, to the boar's head installed over vintage mirrors in the bar, there are many unique touches that further customize this home. With open living spaces and a master bedroom tucked in on the first floor, this is a forever home for our clients. The use of color and wallpaper really help make this home special. With lots of outdoor living space including a large back porch with marsh views and a dock, this is coastal living at its best.

Sie ist gleichzeitig himmlisch und grafisch, sie funktioniert sowohl in großen wie in kleinen Räumen, wo sie einen eignen intimen Bereich schafft. Wegen ihrer ultra-leichten Fiberglass Struktur, verbunden mit Bändern aus Polyurethan, bewegt sie sich schon bei einem sanften Luftzug. Durch die geschwungene Form wirkt die Lampe lebendig und fasziniert mit ihrem Schattenspiel. Vertigo is, in the words of its designer, a “den lamp”. It is simultaneously ethereal and graphic, adapting to both large and small spaces where it creates it’s own intimate space. With its ultra-light fibreglass structure, stretched with velvelty polyurethane ribbons, this pendant lamp fascinates as it comes to life swaying in the soft air currents that surround it. this game room features something for all ages and offers the ability to keep everyone entertained even when everyone wants to do different things. The movie-watching bar allows for families to eat while taking in a movie. A full couch in front of the bar allows complete relaxation.

Notre cliente venait de faire l’acquisition d’un appartement au charme parisien. On y retrouve de belles moulures, un parquet à l’anglaise et ce sublime poêle en céramique. Néanmoins, le bien avait besoin d’un coup de frais et une adaptation aux goûts de notre cliente ! Dans l’ensemble, nous avons travaillé sur des couleurs douces. L’exemple le plus probant : la cuisine. Elle vient se décliner en plusieurs bleus clairs. Notre cliente souhaitant limiter la propagation des odeurs, nous l’avons fermée avec une porte vitrée. Son style vient faire écho à la verrière du bureau afin de souligner le caractère de l’appartement. Le bureau est une création sur-mesure. A mi-chemin entre le bureau et la bibliothèque, il est un coin idéal pour travailler sans pour autant s’isoler. Ouvert et avec sa verrière, il profite de la lumière du séjour où la luminosité est maximisée grâce aux murs blancs.

Both the sofa and loveseat were reupholstered in this soft but durable chenille from Maxwell Fabrics (60,000 double rubs!). A dream space that anyone with a large number of books will want. Have an afternoon that you aren't sure what to do? Head to the library to find your favorite book. Utilizing their entire wall with built in grey cabinets, the homeowners chose to create a beautiful library within the cottage.
