Timber is used between the concrete walls in combination with timber framed windows.

The rear exterior of the home has a large double-level outdoor living space with a screened-in back porch with a cathedral ceiling above and a covered patio below with a full outdoor kitchen. The back of the home overlooks a breathtaking view of the in-ground swimming pool and spa as well as a wooded area beyond the backyard.

Jasmine Residence is a renovation of a single-story ranch house in Denver, Colorado. Two accordion folding glass doors connect the main living space with the rear yard and the neighborhood street. This effectively creates a large breezeway that can be opened up for three seasons annually. The second story addition expands the house's existing program to include a new master suite and a loft.

A close-up of the real concrete panels used on the exterior of this home around the garage. This home exterior combines wood paneling with Wall Theory's RealCast real concrete panels to create a modern and unique exterior appearance. The medium grey concrete panels contrast with the dark roof and contemporary, black garage door and window trims. The angular roof creates a sense of grandeur. These real concrete panels are waterproof, fireproof, and exterior rated, making them excellent for outdoor use, and they're easier to install than any other exterior concrete option.

The exterior was reimagined and designed by architect Formation Association. The bright green plants pop nicely against the dark exterior.
