Nestled next to a mountain side and backing up to a creek, this home encompasses the mountain feel. With its neutral yet rich exterior colors and textures, the architecture is simply picturesque. A custom Knotty Alder entry door is preceded by an arched stone column entry porch. White Oak flooring is featured throughout and accentuates the home’s stained beam and ceiling accents. Custom cabinetry in the Kitchen and Great Room create a personal touch unique to only this residence. The Master Bathroom features a free-standing tub and all-tiled shower. Upstairs, the game room boasts a large custom reclaimed barn wood sliding door. The Juliette balcony gracefully over looks the handsome Great Room. Downstairs the screen porch is cozy with a fireplace and wood accents. Sitting perpendicular to the home, the detached three-car garage mirrors the feel of the main house by staying with the same paint colors, and features an all metal roof. The spacious area above the garage is perfect for a future living or storage area.

This long expansive runway is the center of this home. The entryway called for 3 runners, 3 console tables, along with a cowhide bench. You can see straight through the family room into the backyard. Don't forget to look up, there you will find exposed beams inside the multiple trays that span the length of the hallway

Inspired by the luxurious hotels of Europe, we were inspired to keep the palette monochrome. but all the elements have strong lines that all work together to give a sense of drama. The amazing black and white geometric tiles take centre stage and greet everyone coming into this incredible double-fronted Victorian house. The console table is almost like a sculpture, holding the space alongside the very simple decorative elements. The simple pendants continue the black and white colour palette.

While taking a formal approach to the home, C.P. Drewett designed the entryway with a series of sensuous arches through which a dramatic stretch of green lawn gives way to spectacular mountain views. The clients wanted to create a modern and contemporary new home while ensuring that it was comfortable and practical for their family. The exiting house went through a re-build. We worked room by room creating the design and scheme for each space ensuring there was a nice flow between the rooms. The focal point of the house had to be the entrance. We added this stunning chandelier and used that as a point of reference for the other spaces. Adding lots of coppers and warm tones to complete the look.
