Modern Spanish Hacienda architecture furnished with a mix of new and salvaged furnishings with mid century and Moroccan influences which pairs handsomely with the custom clay pavers and linen grout of the flooring throughout.

Le « pitch » de ce beau projet : se sentir heureux dans son intérieur, grâce à une éloge de la beauté brute qui pose l’intention de lenteur et du geste artisanal comme esthetique. l Univers général qui s’attache à la simplicité de la ligne et aux accents organiques en résonance avec la nature, comporte des accents wabi sabi.Pour cela, nous avons utilisé des matériaux de construction naturels à base de terre, de pierre, de pigments, ciment, fibre et bois.… Nous avons mis un point d’honneur à choisir nos sols en bejmats et carreaux en zeliges fabriqués au Maroc à Fès, uniquement avec la terre de Fès, … la seule qui reste capable de produire la magie !a cuisson dans un four primitif, alimenté par de la sciure de bois, des branchages et des noyaux d’olive, est néanmoins conduite avec une connaissance pointue de l’enfournement et du feu, appuyée sur une longue tradition ! Création d'une entrée boîte habillée de bleu nuit pour mettre en valeur la luminosité de la pièce principale Intégration d'un lave-linge encastré entre l'entrée et la cuisine

L'edificio si trova nella fascia pre collinare Parmense, in una piccola frazione caratterizzata da manufatti in sasso rurali e residenziali. La Ristrutturazione realizzata si è mossa su un filo sottile tra conservazione e reinterpretazione degli spazi, in continua ricerca dell'equilibrio tra le due forze. Da un lato si narra la storia di questa porzione di rustico avente 150 anni, con i suoi solai lignei, le scale originali in cotto, le possenti mura in sasso di cui se ne mostrano porzioni. Dall'altro si dichiara il proprio intervento, con un segno attuale e deciso; Pavimento in listoni di rovere, inserti di colori intensi e profondi nel tinteggio, così come nuovi elementi strutturali in ferro, completano il focolare domestico con toni caldi e materici.
