An open floor plan and ceilings upwards of 12’ make for a grand entry. Bay windows create opportunities for spectacular views and plenty of natural light, while a two-way fireplace adds a warm glow for the winter months. Der Willkommensbereich eignet sich zudem großartig für die morgendlichen Stand-Ups des Webfox-Teams, mit welchen ein jeder Arbeitstag hier startet. Aber auch für Buffets und abendliche Events mit Häppchen und Snacks ist dieser Bereich perfekt – die Küchenbox, die freie Fläche in der Mitte und der abschließende Welcomedesk sind hierfür perfekte Rahmenbedingungen.

Pops of color compliment the stone and wood floors and custom colored walls in this Traditional home updated with modern design elements. Custom armchairs are complimented by area rugs from Michaelian & Kohlberg, furniture from Charles Jacobsen and vibrant modern artwork

The reconstruction begins with the elevator lobby which is made to feel spacious and airy with the introduction of a curved glass block wall. The inside of this curved wall becomes a prominent feature of the new kitchen / dining area which is created from the apartment's formal dining room.

Upon entry into the foyer, a modern sitting room opens up into a bay window overlooking the pool. Natural aspects, layered textures, and neutral tones were incorperated into the design. Thom Filicia chairs and coffee table foster a cozy seating place beside the two-way fireplace, while floating shelves add to the clean lines of the room.
