The burnished copper fixture purchased from Ferguson in Palm Desert replaces an overbearing Spanish iron chandelier, is LED dimmable, and ties in the eclectic mixture of tribal and mid-century featured throughout the home.

Handblown amber and aqua glass adorn the walls and tables as the sunshine filters through the floor to ceiling windows. This home has 360 degrees unobstructed views of mountain and waterfront so every room has a view. 12 foot white high gloss table with drawers for storage had LED under lighting. Silk shag carpets adorn the white marble large format porcelain tile floors. Home features floor to ceiling custom teak doors with electronic door locks and large steel bar pulls. Back mudroom door looks out to the homes 40 ft edgeless blue glass reflecting pond. this same blue glass has been brought into the homes decorating adorning wall and floor and tables. 玄関正面の壁にあるドアの向こうには、小さなひみつの部屋があります。 シューズクローゼットが下足入の反対側にあり、下足入は小さくしてベンチにも使えるように低くしています。土間とホールの間には式台を設けて一段の段差が大きくならないようにしています。

玄関の隣に面している引き戸の奥には玄関収納・シューズインクローゼットがあり充実した収納力があります。玄関の上がり框付近に引出し椅子、手すりを設けました。上にはトップライトがあり、明るい玄関となっています。居間との間には玄関から中が丸見えにならないように格子戸を設けました。
