Whilst this property had been relatively well maintained, it had not been modernised for several decades. Works included re-roofing, a complete rewire, installation of new central heating system, new kitchen, bathroom and garden landscaping. OPS remodelled the ground floor accommodation to produce a generous kitchen diner to befit modern living. In addition a downstairs WC was incorporated, and also a dedicated utility cupboard in order that laundry appliances are sited outside of the kitchen diner. A large glazed door (and sidelights) provides access to a raised decked area which is perfect for al fresco dining. Steps lead down to a lower decked area which features low maintenance planting. Natural light is in abundance with the introduction of a sun tunnel above the stairs and a neutral palette used throughout to reflect light around the rooms. Built in wardrobes have been fitted in the two double bedrooms and the bathroom refitted with luxurious features including underfloor heating, bespoke mirror with demister, Bisque Hot Spring radiator and designer lighting.

Très belle réalisation d'une Tiny House sur Lacanau fait par l’entreprise Ideal Tiny. A la demande du client, le logement a été aménagé avec plusieurs filets LoftNets afin de rentabiliser l’espace, sécuriser l’étage et créer un espace de relaxation suspendu permettant de converser un maximum de luminosité dans la pièce. Références : Deux filets d'habitation noirs en mailles tressées 15 mm pour la mezzanine et le garde-corps à l’étage et un filet d'habitation beige en mailles tressées 45 mm pour la terrasse extérieure.

Dès l'entrée, une tablette vide-poche permet également de s'y déchausser.

L'entrée a été délimitée comme une boite grâce à une teinte profonde de bleu qui a été peinte jusqu'au plafond. Le plafonnier en laiton apporte de l'éclat et du contraste.

Customer was looking for organized way of storing coats, shoes, backpacks, purses, and miscellaneous items. Added crown molding to give the units a more finished look.

The stained front door is beautiful when paired with the thick coffered ceiling and trim detailing on this spectacular home. The round rug and front foyer table are perfectly appointed by the homeowner to greet guests.

This coastal farmhouse design was inspired by the client's love of Hawaii. We used muted earth tones and paired them with brushed nickel finishes to add a modern touch. The entry, formal dining, kitchen, breakfast nook and living room got a fresh look. As a personal touch, we made the kids custom name tags for baskets in the entry way. A beautiful and personalized way to help a busy family stay organized. We also created the stunning custom floral arrangement for the dining table. This house has such a peaceful and calm vibe.
