The owners of this New Braunfels house have a love of Spanish Colonial architecture, and were influenced by the McNay Art Museum in San Antonio. The home elegantly showcases their collection of furniture and artifacts. Handmade cement tiles are used as stair risers, and beautifully accent the Saltillo tile floor.

This residential home showcases the Quarry Mill's Athens thin stone veneer. Athens white to tan color range helps bring a uniform look to your natural stone veneer project. The rectangular shapes with squared edges and various sizes of the Athens stones make it perfect for creating random patterns in projects like accent walls and fireplace surrounds. The selection of stone size also allows for a balanced look without a repeating pattern. Smaller projects like siding for small workshops, surrounding entry or garage doors, and adding accents to mailboxes or light posts are also possible with Athens various stone sizes. Athens light tones add a natural look to any décor or architecture and become a conversation starter with guests.

Grasscloth wallpaper with a slight shimmer was added to the walls. An antique art deco mirror was hung a bove the bench by the front door. Metallic tea paper was added to the ceiling and I found the perfect lantern pendant. The room looks so polished and is a great first impression of the home.

L’entrée de l’appartement dessert la salle de bain et le séjour. Nous avons supprimé certains placards qui chargeaient trop l'espace et nous n’avons gardé que ce qui était nécessaire. Ainsi la circulation est fluide et agréable au quotidien. Des patères muraux design, en bois, ont été fixés au mur afin de suspendre les manteaux et autres accessoires vestimentaires. A droite un placard offre un bel espace de rangement pour l’aspirateur, la balayette télescopique, le tableau électrique et les parapluies.
