New door paint in SW Peppercorn gave more personality to our entryway, moulding on transom window finished the look. Space dressed up with function. Area rug picks up dirt and dust of outside, hanging coat rack is there to leave belongings by the door and stay organized. Chandelier and mirror are the jewels of the area and still providing function.

Incorporated both French doors and Dutch doors, aiming to enhance the indoor-outdoor connection. The addition of custom decks and stairs from the bedroom to the laundry space and backyard suggests a functional and aesthetic upgrade to the outdoor spaces. The introduction of a custom brick step from the main bedroom french doors leads you to the outside seating area and shower that brings a rustic and coastal charming touch to the space. This not only improves accessibility but also creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Ginger's attention to detail is evident through the custom-designed copper light-up address signs. These signs not only serve a practical purpose but also add a distinctive and stylish element to the home's exterior. Similarly, the custom black iron lights guiding the pathways around the home contribute to the overall ambiance while providing safety and visibility. By combining functional design elements, thoughtful aesthetics, and custom craftsmanship, it seems like the firm and Ginger have worked together to transform the outdoor areas into a unique and appealing extension of the home.

Our clients wanted the ultimate modern farmhouse custom dream home. They found property in the Santa Rosa Valley with an existing house on 3 ½ acres. They could envision a new home with a pool, a barn, and a place to raise horses. JRP and the clients went all in, sparing no expense. Thus, the old house was demolished and the couple’s dream home began to come to fruition. The result is a simple, contemporary layout with ample light thanks to the open floor plan. When it comes to a modern farmhouse aesthetic, it’s all about neutral hues, wood accents, and furniture with clean lines. Every room is thoughtfully crafted with its own personality. Yet still reflects a bit of that farmhouse charm. Their considerable-sized kitchen is a union of rustic warmth and industrial simplicity. The all-white shaker cabinetry and subway backsplash light up the room. All white everything complimented by warm wood flooring and matte black fixtures. The stunning custom Raw Urth reclaimed steel hood is also a star focal point in this gorgeous space. Not to mention the wet bar area with its unique open shelves above not one, but two integrated wine chillers. It’s also thoughtfully positioned next to the large pantry with a farmhouse style staple: a sliding barn door. The master bathroom is relaxation at its finest. Monochromatic colors and a pop of pattern on the floor lend a fashionable look to this private retreat. Matte black finishes stand out against a stark white backsplash, complement charcoal veins in the marble looking countertop, and is cohesive with the entire look. Our Ridgewood Estate project is a new build custom home located on acreage with a lake. It is filled with luxurious materials and family friendly details.

Lakefront residence in exclusive south Florida golf course community. Use of mixed metallic textiles and finishes combined with lucite furniture allows the view and bold oversized art to become the visual centerpieces of each space. Large sculptural light fixtures fill the height created by the soaring vaulted ceilings. Lux fabrics mixed with chrome or lucite create a contemporary feel to the space without losing the soft comforts that make this space feel like home.

Our design for the Ruby Residence augmented views to the outdoors at every opportunity, while completely transforming the style and curb appeal of the home in the process. This second story addition added a bedroom suite upstairs, and a new foyer and powder room below, while minimally impacting the rest of the existing home. We also completely remodeled the galley kitchen to open it up to the adjacent living spaces. The design carefully considered the balance of views and privacy, offering the best of both worlds with our design. The result is a bright and airy home with an effortlessly coastal chic vibe.

Lo spazioso ingresso dà accesso al soggiorno, alla sala da pranzo, ad uno studio ed al corridoio che conduce alla zona notte. Le porte originali sono state ristrutturate, così come il radiatore in ghisa ed il pavimento (frutto anch'esso di una diversa composizione degli elementi per adattarli alla nuova geometria degli ambienti). Il soffitto voltato invece è nuovo e serve a far passare l'impianto di aria condizionata lungo il perimetro mantenendo nella porzione centrale un'altezza adeguata alle caratteristiche del palazzo. Anche quì sono stati inseriti degli elementi in contrasto in modo da enfatizzare la contemporaneità della casa; in modo particolare un mobile in legno frutto di un ricercato lavoro artigianale.

Step into the elegant entryway, featuring dark hardwood floors that exude warmth and sophistication. A wide, dark hardwood stairway with a sleek metal railing commands attention, leading to the upper levels. The open vaulted ceiling adds a sense of spaciousness and grandeur to this inviting space.

Debra Ferrari created two large scale original canvas paintings especially for the lobby of a brand new luxury office and retail building, the Weirs Plaza. This new 297,000 square foot high end building is located in one of the coolest Dallas neighborhoods in the Knox Henderson District. Just down the street from Restoration Hardware.

Démolition et reconstruction d'un immeuble dans le centre historique de Castellammare del Golfo composé de petits appartements confortables où vous pourrez passer vos vacances. L'idée était de conserver l'aspect architectural avec un goût historique actuel mais en le reproposant dans une tonalité moderne.Des matériaux précieux ont été utilisés, tels que du parquet en bambou pour le sol, du marbre pour les salles de bains et le hall d'entrée, un escalier métallique avec des marches en bois et des couloirs en marbre, des luminaires encastrés ou suspendus, des boiserie sur les murs des chambres et dans les couloirs, des dressings ouverte, portes intérieures en laque mate avec une couleur raffinée, fenêtres en bois, meubles sur mesure, mini-piscines et mobilier d'extérieur. Chaque étage se distingue par la couleur, l'ameublement et les accessoires d'ameublement. Tout est contrôlé par l'utilisation de la domotique. Un projet de design d'intérieur avec un design unique qui a permis d'obtenir des appartements de luxe.
