Camden Grace LLCMixed materials (granite/marble/brass/walnut) make this workhorse of a kitchen feel homey. With exposed beams, skylights, and a ten foot expanse of doors to the patio, the room feels roomy yet homey- just what the clients ordered.
ArciformInspiration for the kitchen remodel was drawn from our client’s eclectic, cosmopolitan style and the industrial 1920s. A staircase was removed to enlarge the space. There is a farm style sink, custom-made open shelving with steel frames and reclaimed wood are practical and show off favorite serve-ware. In the new kitchen nook, a custom table with a brass leg is surrounded by cozy upholstered benches.
Julia Chasman DesignThe open plan kitchen mixes simple wood-grained IKEA cabinets with a classic 1952 vintage O'Keefe & Merritt double oven, offset by a custom installation of vintage hand-painted Spanish tiles as a backsplash, set into classic subway tile. The peninsula and counters are a gray quartz, and the farmhouse sink is from IKEA. Fridge and Dishwasher are stainless. Custom stove hood surround hide a powerful extractor fan. By incorporating original, reused, and sustainable materials they created an eclectic space that is both modern and respective to the home's era. Design features include dark navy blue cabinets with vintage brass hardware, marble countertops, reclaimed flooring, a vintage drop-in sink, large high-end appliances, decorative open shelving, and an eye catching light fixture.

Fraley and CompanyThis kitchen was a floor plan challenge. It's not limitingly small space, but having an outside corner within the kitchen footprint is just kind of odd. In addition, this kitchen had the most involved dropped ceiling we'd met... like a series of IKEA futon frames hanging up there.
To ease off on the emphasis of the structural beams that fall kind of randomly in the space, we increased the horizontal fir accents.

Part of an expansive country estate in Kildare, Ireland, I photographed one of the outlying buildings being developed for hospitality end use.
My client's products were the wooden floors, tiling and some wooden trim integrated within the property to reflect and enhance the original decor of the property.
The project was shot in two days and turnaround from start to delivery of images to client was four working days.
Such a pleasure to experience this grand and historic place.

The dark theme is continued into the kitchen with dark wood cabinetry and countertops.Hints of red are seen in this unique piece of stone material for the kitchen countertops. A white coloured backsplash is seen over the sink, while a gray tiled backsplash is on the perpendicular wall illuminated with natural sunlight.
