Главной фишкой данного помещения является 3D-панель за телевизором, с вырезанными в темном дереве силуэтами веток. Сбоку от дивана стена выполнена из декоративной штукатурки, которая реверсом повторяет орнамент центрального акцента помещения. Напротив телевизора выделено много места под журнальный столик, выполненный из теплого дерева и просторный диван изумрудного цвета. Изначально у дивана подразумевалось сделать большой ковер, но из-за большого количества проб, подбор ковра затянулся на большой срок. Однако привезенный дизайнером ковер для фотосъемки настолько вписался в общую картину именно за счет своей текстуры, что было желание непременно оставить такой необычный элемент. Сама комната сочетает яркие и бежевые тона, однако зона кабинета отделена цветовым решением, она в более темных деревянных текстурах. Насыщенный коричневый оттенок пола и потолка отделяет контрастом данную зону и соответствует вкусам хозяина. Рабочее место отгородили прозрачным резным стеллажом. А в дополнение напротив письменного стола стоит еще один стеллаж индивидуального исполнения из глубокого темного дерева, в котором много секций под документы и книги. Зону над компьютером хорошо освещает подвесной светильник, который, как и почти все освещение в доме, соответствует современному стилю.

Layers of family heirlooms are paired with vintage finds and modern shapes of furniture for a unique and transitional touch. The Study takes on a much more natural approach creating a warm space conducive to reading and working from home. Custom roman shades and seat cushion tailored to the bay window provide a cozy nook for winding down.

We took the home owners love of classic design incorporated with unexpected rich color to create a casual yet sophisticated home. Vibrant color was used to inspire energy in some rooms, while peaceful watery tones were used in others to evoke calm and tranquility. The master bathroom color pallet and overall aesthetic was designed to be reminiscent of suite bathrooms at the Trump Towers in Chicago. Materials, patterns and textures are all simple and clean in keeping with the scale and openness of the rest of the home. A home office should be comfortable and functional. Here we chose to use a freestanding desk to keep the room light, along with a light toned area rug with gold accents. The gold tones in the rug pick up on the leather we chose for the chair, along with the art pieces and accessories, tying everything neatly together!

When we embarked on designing this Santa-Barbara style townhome located on Craig Ranch’s prestigious 17th green, we immediately started visualizing the modern improvements we would make to reflect the clients’ true style. Lighting throughout the home was first on the list, then came floor coverings, wall coverings, and furnishings! Introducing brighter colors, modern frames, and bold patterns were key to balance out the heavier dark wood elements of both the home’s original architecture and some of the client’s existing pieces. Whimsical touches, elegant appointments, and sophisticated style are prevalent throughout this new modernized abode. creating a fresh feel in each room.
