With a restrained hand, out interior designer set about bringing a new life in our clients petite apartment while also introducing easy to maintain, durable surfaces and furnishings as they love to entertain and have a lively St. Bernard. And as they had an extensive book collection and a single three-foot wide closet, the key challenge here was to make the best use of the entire space while injecting it with charming whimsy. After falling in love with our designer’s presentation, our clients went for a complete apartment overhaul and started from scratch. Since the space is small, our designer Anna S. wanted to create an urgent sense of vibrancy without coming off as too heavy handed. So she worked in expressive colors and decorative extras in small doses for subtle impact. Starting the project by changing several of the unit’s light fixtures for brighter, more minimal styles, Anna surveyed the apartment room to room to devise clever storage solutions that are easy on the eye. As they have friends over often, Anna created a warm and inviting living room boasting a slightly feminine take on mid-century modern layered with colorful pillows, patterned rugs, and eclectic art that doesn’t take over the apartment. In the kitchen, she added a strong yet gender neutral burlap wallpaper, floating wooden shelves, and new plumbing fixtures that were more sophisticated than the original, standard ones in place. However, our favorite part of the apartment is the moody, statement-making foyer. Though it was a long and narrow barely used, neglected space, Anna brought in wallpaper from Tempaper that features a matte black background covered with gold bird and floral illustrations, and added a long row of black glass cabinets and several large gold mirrors for an added sense of glamorous drama and an extra amount of storage space to boot.

Yellow walls are softened by light blue floral fabric. Voluminous gossamer white curtains add an air of softness.

Olive green walls mixed with white, grey, mustard yellow and orange make this 14 year old boy’s room a cool place to hang out and entertain friends, as well as get on with his homework when absolutely necessary. The bed is a small double, so nice and spacious for a growing lad but not so big as to to dominate the room. Adding a house plant or two gives the room a natural homely feel and of course the cuddly sloth is bang on trend for teens!

В квартире нет встроенных шкафов, для хранения продумали гардеробную при спальне и кладовку в коридоре. Туда поместились вещи хозяев, бытовые принадлежности вроде гладильной доски, пылесоса, швабры, ведер. Бытовая химия хранится в шкафу над инсталляцией унитаза в санузле. В каждой комнате есть стеллажи для книг — хозяевам было необходимо место для хранения их большой библиотеки.

Multi-floor Stunning! This townhouse is definitely one of my favorites. The Master Bedroom on the top floor is a perfect example of how using yellow can be the perfect addition to a mostly neutral space. This bedroom is a perfect mix of modern but yet timeless, and with functionality being a high priority we utilized some of the room for a home office too!

Главный акцент сразу притягивает взгляд, он находится в изголовье кровати. С помощью довольно сложной техники нанесения декоративной штукатурки, в 4 слоя стена насыщалась множеством цветов, здесь себя нашел и оттенок бирюзовых штор, которые плавно соединяются со стеной по цвету, но в то же время контрастируют с остальной составляющей помещения. В мастер-спальне есть своя большая вместительная гардеробная. И, безусловно, здесь расположена просторная кровать в серо-бежевых тонах с мягким изголовьем, а белые прикроватные тумбочки дополняют место для сна спокойными тонами. Повторяет цвет штор и кресло у туалетного столика, выполненного из светлого дерева теплых тонов. Неотъемлемой частью столика, с точки зрения материала, является резная рама для зеркала - незаменимого женского атрибута спальни.

Ristrutturazione completa Intervento di ristrutturazione di un appartamento di circa 270mq all'interno di un complesso progettato dall'architetto Mario Botta. Le opere hanno interessato il restyling dell'intera abitazione, dotandola di un nuovo aspetto decisamente eclettico e raffinato, con spazi accoglienti e ben studiati sulla personalità dei clienti.

Sur le côté gauche se trouve un placard mural. D'ailleurs dans toutes les chambres de cette maison nous retrouvons des surfaces de rangement directement intégrés dans les murs.
