The second floor maximizes the volumes created by the roofline in vaulted spaces and loft areas. Four skylights illuminate the ‘Nordic Modern’ finishes and bring daylight deep into the house and the stairwell with interior openings that frame connections between the spaces. The skylights are also operable with remote controls and blinds to control heat, light and air supply. Unique details abound! Metal details in the railings and door jambs, a paneled door flush in a paneled wall, flared openings. Floating shelves and flush transitions. The main bathroom has a ‘wet room’ with the tub tucked under a skylight enclosed with the shower. This is a Structural Insulated Panel home with closed cell foam insulation in the roof cavity. The on-demand water heater does double duty providing hot water as well as heat to the home via a high velocity duct and HRV system.

Современный интерьер для семьи дипломата. Квартира (90м2) проектировалась с учетом особых требований к функционалу и количеству декора. Интерьер минималистичный с элементами русской культуры. Пожелания к планировке: общее пространство кухни-гостиной, отдельная ванна для взрослых и помещение для хранения спорт-инвентаря и одежды. Хозяева ведут активный образ жизни (даже прыгают с парашютом). Удалось не только выполнить их пожелания, но и разместить три санузла. Один из которых располагается при спальне. Изначально, нашей идеей был уход в этнический стиль Африки (хозяева там провели много времени), но они немного утомились буйством цветов и орнаментов этого континента . И хотели максимально спокойный интерьер с небольшими намеками на родную культуру.

Contemporary master bath remodel in Ohio. A mix of marble, porcelain and wood tones create a warm and bright composition for this personal space. A frameless glass shower enclosure and free standing tub create points of interest. An open display wall create nice storage for personal items.

The beautiful powder room with the floating vanity and herringbone accent wall creates a stylish and modern aesthetic. The accent wall features meticulously arranged porcelain tile in a herringbone pattern, creating a visually captivating and textured surface. The floating vanity is paired with a stylish vessel sink, which enhances the modern look. The wall-mounted brushed gold faucet adds to the streamlined appearance of the vanity. To complete the look, the sconces are added on each side of the mirror.

This small powder room has a custom framed mirror with LED backlighting designed by Margaret Dean, Design Studio West. Mirror frame and counter top is Vanilla Onyx. Sconces by homeowner. Cabinetry is from Hallmark Fine Cabinetry, White Oak with 'Frosted Bark' finish.
