A neutral and calming open plan living space including a white kitchen with an oak interior, oak timber slats feature on the island clad in a Silestone Halcyon worktop and backsplash. The kitchen included a Quooker Fusion Square Tap, Fisher & Paykel Integrated Dishwasher Drawer, Bora Pursu Recirculation Hob, Zanussi Undercounter Oven. All walls, ceiling, kitchen units, home office, banquette & TV unit are painted Farrow and Ball Wevet. The oak floor finish is a combination of hard wax oil and a harder wearing lacquer. Discreet home office with white hide and slide doors and an oak veneer interior. LED lighting within the home office, under the TV unit and over counter kitchen units. Corner banquette with a solid oak veneer seat and white drawers underneath for storage. TV unit appears floating, features an oak slat backboard and white drawers for storage. This living room was a blank canvas to start with. I designed custom cabinetry to incorporate the TV, Media, Storage, Display, a bio ethanol fireplace and even the dining banquette. The colour palette grew from the existing oak timber floors and we added blacks and charcoal grey for some punch with a sprinkling of blue in the accessories and artwork. Its now a homely, relaxing space with a great mix of textures that add the layers of comfort. This powder room is one of our favourite spaces in this home! It is fun, youthful, bright and colourful. The tile pattern layout is so stunning – it’s such a beautiful bathroom and definitely evoked a statement when you enter this space for the first time. the Joy MZ tile collection from Euro Tile & Stone is a tribute to the classic print known as diamond plaid found in Scottish high-end fashion since the seventeenth century. The cheerful collection features distinct diamond motifs with the irregular texture of watercolour paper to emphasize the intensity and transparency of colour. The powder room would be complete without pairing these colourful tiles with gold accents found in the cabinet handles, lavatory faucet, mini-pendant light, and bathroom accessories

The modern living room of this home is designed to provide unencumbered views of the landscape and waterfront. A visual continuity is created through the use of granite and bluestone. The stonework of the fireplace surround matches the granite retaining walls outside the window and the bluestone hearth resembles the bluestone stairs off of the Ipe deck. Initialement configuré avec 4 chambres, deux salles de bain & un espace de vie relativement cloisonné, la disposition de cet appartement dans son état existant convenait plutôt bien aux nouveaux propriétaires. Cependant, les espaces impartis de la chambre parentale, sa salle de bain ainsi que la cuisine ne présentaient pas les volumes souhaités, avec notamment un grand dégagement de presque 4m2 de surface perdue. L’équipe d’Ameo Concept est donc intervenue sur plusieurs points : une optimisation complète de la suite parentale avec la création d’une grande salle d’eau attenante & d’un double dressing, le tout dissimulé derrière une porte « secrète » intégrée dans la bibliothèque du salon ; une ouverture partielle de la cuisine sur l’espace de vie, dont les agencements menuisés ont été réalisés sur mesure ; trois chambres enfants avec une identité propre pour chacune d’entre elles, une salle de bain fonctionnelle, un espace bureau compact et organisé sans oublier de nombreux rangements invisibles dans les circulations. L’ensemble des matériaux utilisés pour cette rénovation ont été sélectionnés avec le plus grand soin : parquet en point de Hongrie, plans de travail & vasque en pierre naturelle, peintures Farrow & Ball et appareillages électriques en laiton Modelec, sans oublier la tapisserie sur mesure avec la réalisation, notamment, d’une tête de lit magistrale en tissu Pierre Frey dans la chambre parentale & l’intégration de papiers peints Ananbo. Un projet haut de gamme où le souci du détail fut le maitre mot !
