KLEIN ABER – WOW! Die Behauptung, dass die Möglichkeiten in einer kleineren Küche begrenzt sind, wäre mit dieser Küche aus unserer Manufaktur widerlegt. Die individuelle und gezielte Planung nutzt das Raumvolumen ideal aus, ohne den Raum zu überfrachten. Die Fronten aus gebürstetem und matt lackiertem Eichen-Altholz verleihen der Küche im unteren Bereich das visuelle Fundament. Im Kontrast dazu stehen die im Farbton “Taupe” lackierten Fronten der Hängeschränke, die den Raum nach oben öffnen und ein großzügiges Raumgefühl ermöglichen.

Интерьер этой квартиры в Доломитах, северной горной части Италии разрабатывался для русской семейной пары . Для реконструкции были выбраны апартаменты 140 кв м в небольшом итальянском городке с достаточной инфраструктурой, расположенном на красивейшем горном озере в непосредственной близости от горнолыжных курортов для катания на лыжах зимой, а так же рядом с горными велосипедными и пешеходными тропами для отдыха летом. То есть в качестве круглогодичной дачи на время отдыха. Сначала проект был задуман как база с несколькими спальнями для друзей и просторной кухней и лонж зоной для вечеринок. Однако в процессе оформления недвижимости, познакомившись с местной культурой, природой и традициями, семейная пара решила изменить направление проекта в сторону личного комфорта, пространства, созданного исключительно для двоих.

Le projet Un appartement familial en Vente en Etat Futur d’Achèvement (VEFA) où tout reste à faire. Les propriétaires ont su tirer profit du délai de construction pour anticiper aménagements, choix des matériaux et décoration avec l’aide de Decor Interieur. Notre solution A partir des plans du constructeur, nous avons imaginé un espace à vivre qui malgré sa petite surface (32m2) doit pouvoir accueillir une famille de 4 personnes confortablement et bénéficier de rangements avec une cuisine ouverte. Pour optimiser l’espace, la cuisine en U est configurée pour intégrer un maximum de rangements tout en étant très design pour s’intégrer parfaitement au séjour. Dans la pièce à vivre donnant sur une large terrasse, il fallait intégrer des espaces de rangements pour la vaisselle, des livres, un grand téléviseur et une cheminée éthanol ainsi qu’un canapé et une grande table pour les repas. Pour intégrer tous ces éléments harmonieusement, un grand ensemble menuisé toute hauteur a été conçu sur le mur faisant face à l’entrée. Celui-ci bénéficie de rangements bas fermés sur toute la longueur du meuble. Au dessus de ces rangements et afin de ne pas alourdir l’ensemble, un espace a été créé pour la cheminée éthanol et le téléviseur. Vient ensuite de nouveaux rangements fermés en hauteur et des étagères. Ce meuble en plus d’être très fonctionnel et élégant permet aussi de palier à une problématique de mur sur deux niveaux qui est ainsi résolue. De plus dès le moment de la conception nous avons pu intégrer le fait qu’un radiateur était mal placé et demander ainsi en amont au constructeur son déplacement. Pour bénéficier de la vue superbe sur Paris, l’espace salon est placé au plus près de la large baie vitrée. L’espace repas est dans l’alignement sur l’autre partie du séjour avec une grande table à allonges. Le style L’ensemble de la pièce à vivre avec cuisine est dans un style très contemporain avec une dominante de gris anthracite en contraste avec un bleu gris tirant au turquoise choisi en harmonie avec un panneau de papier peint Pierre Frey. Pour réchauffer la pièce un parquet a été choisi sur les pièces à vivre. Dans le même esprit la cuisine mixe le bois et l’anthracite en façades avec un plan de travail quartz noir, un carrelage au sol et les murs peints anthracite. Un petit comptoir surélevé derrière les meubles bas donnant sur le salon est plaqué bois. Le mobilier design reprend des teintes présentes sur le papier peint coloré, comme le jaune (canapé) et le bleu (fauteuil). Chaises, luminaires, miroirs et poignées de meuble sont en laiton. Une chaise vintage restaurée avec un tissu d’éditeur au style Art Deco vient compléter l’ensemble, tout comme une table basse ronde avec un plateau en marbre noir.

The new plans created larger openings to both rooms, and a third entry point directly into the living room. The “peninsula” manages the sight line between the kitchen and a large, brick fireplace while still creating an “island” effect in the kitchen and allowing seating on both sides. The television was also a “must have” utilizing it to watch cooking shows while prepping food, for news while getting ready for the day, and for background when entertaining. Meticulously designed cabinets provide ample storage and ergonomically friendly appliance placement. Cabinets were previously laid out into two L-shaped spaces. On the “top” was the cooking area with a narrow pantry (read: scarce storage) and a water heater in the corner. On the “bottom” was a single 36” refrigerator/freezer, and sink. A peninsula separated the kitchen and breakfast room, truncating the entire space. We have now a clearly defined cool storage space spanning 60” width (over 150% more storage) and have separated the ovens and cooking surface to spread out prep/clean zones. True pantry storage was added, and a massive “peninsula” keeps seating for up to 6 comfortably, while still expanding the kitchen and gaining storage. The newly designed, oversized peninsula provides plentiful space for prepping and entertaining. Walnut paneling wraps the room making the kitchen a stunning showpiece.

Dans ce studio tout en longueur la partie sanitaire et la cuisine ont été restructurées, optimisées pour créer un espace plus fonctionnel et pour agrandir la pièce de vie. Pour simplifier l’espace et créer un élément architectural distinctif, la cuisine et les sanitaires ont été regroupés dans un écrin de bois sculpté. Les différents pans de bois de cet écrin ne laissent pas apparaître les fonctions qu’ils dissimulent. Pensé comme un tableau, le coin cuisine s’ouvre sur la pièce de vie, alors que la partie sanitaire plus en retrait accueille une douche, un plan vasque, les toilettes, un grand dressing et une machine à laver. La pièce de vie est pensée comme un salon modulable, en salle à manger, ou en chambre. Ce salon placé près de l’unique baie vitrée se prolonge visuellement sur le balcon.
